I would say the service was wonderful. Drinks were consistently filled and the staff were polite. I’d say the most disappointing part was the chocolate cake. 5$ was absolutely outrageous for what you’re getting. The cake tasted old and like it was made out of a solid block of cheap frosting. The Veggie burger was good and I would recommend it. Onion rings were average. I wouldn’t say I’d come back.
I ordered a pretty basic breakfast and there was a wire from a brush in my egg. I showed the waitress and she said it was part of the egg without even looking at it. I ended up walking it over to her at the front counter and she threw it away and YELLED at me in front of the whole restaurant. The manager did nothing to remedy the situation and they charged us full price. I used to love going here for breakfast but now I won't be going back.
I just realized I forgot to add a review! My granddaughter picked Cozy for my Mother's Day lunch. She had a cheeseburger with fries, I had a club sandwich with fries. Then we shared some vanilla ice cream. The waitpeople are always great, and the food was good. A Chico tradition
It's a diner - large portions, reasonable prices, and the French toast is delicious. My only complaint is mistakes on multiple orders, of which there have been maybe a dozen in 2 years, which seems a little high to me. It's been my go-to for breakfast take out. Never dined in, but looks like a fairly average diner with the same crowd you'd expect to find at 7am in a diner. They're generally very accommodating to special requests.
The claim chowder was awesome. I had the turkey dinner. It was good except I don't think the gravy was right for me. The cornbread was very moist and cake like. I liked the mashed potatoes real deal there ?. Service is good, worth leaving a tip for.
Great service, friendly staff and delicious food served fast. Wonderful place to enjoy some home cooked comfort food.
Very good versions of American standards & comfort foods all around. Their steak fries are a level above (at least) in both flavor and texture, their "standard faire" is as good or better than most places in town, and they even make a flat-a** swai fillet taste pretty darned palatable! Now I've tasted their chili, and it's almost as good as I make at home!
Great prices, quality of food is great as well. We entered the restaurant with over 15 people and it didn't stop our server from taking care of us, and doing it with a smile, at least I assume she is smiling under the face mask. The chaos of our family is always something of a stress point for any server, and our server was on top of her game.I would recommend the French toast no matter what, it was a cinnamon roll bread!! All I can say is YUM!The special where you get country fried steak, eggs, sausage link, bacon, hash browns, and option of toast, Belgian waffle, pancake, french toast, or my favorite a biscuit and gravy. Gravy is not super salty so I added some cause I'm a salty fella. All of that breakfast for $13.99!!!!Recommend this place for sure, if you have large parties they have a spot in the back fao you can be open to speaking with family without worrying about loudness.
Food was delicious! Service was great. I'm sure we will be back, especially to try one of those pies
I and my daughter have been waiting for them to open.we were the first paying customer that morning at 6am. Their personal service and attention was so friendly. I felt at home. They have a large menu. Big portions and tastes so good. Our waitress Tracy treated us like family. She's very friendly and we have had very good conversations with her. The owner Albert is so friendly and also treats you like family. You will feel very welcome here.
