I downloaded the app and it made it great to have all the information in one place. The room we booked was nicely decorated. The artwork on the walls was much to my liking, it helped me unwind from a long day of driving. The King bed was comfortable and a couch pulled out into a small bed. The flat panel was large and allowed you to swivel for different viewing angles. Plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was clean and roomy. The only thing I has an issue with was the mini fridge. The small freezer area needed a good defrosting. Overall very nice experience with friendly staff.
This Marriott courtyard was extremely clean and very comfortable. There is a microwave and small coffee maker in the room, as well as a refrigerator. The only negative was that I think the shower curtain could use changing cuz it smelled a little bit like mildew. I ordered the country breakfast. It came with two eggs anyway you like them and it was excellent It had sun-dried tomatoes kale and either potatoes or quinoa. It was gigantic it was enough for three people. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Was here for 2 weeks with my son the staff talked about my son and he has autism . Thank you Michelle and Angelea and angel for being so nice to my son . They talked about us when I was sitting at the table I told the general manager she going to say am I sure when I recorded the conversation . I ask for house keeping 3 - 5 times no house keeping but other guest had it and I was told they are to busy . Over 1600 dollars worth for my stay . The electricity went out 2 times the staff was so rude about it when I asked a question . My father has stayed here as well I refered him there and other guests never again . Do your job rather than talk about my Austic child . I am calling corporate I recorded the conversations i took pictures of the room I was denied house keeping but a Caucasian woman can ask and they did it
I have not spent a night at a courtyard hotel where the facility was clean. Its definately a keep your socks on product. Most courtyards are old and they either need to be completely remodeled or taken down. Two things were nice the bed and the staff. The carpet, walls etc were filthy. I used a free night award to stay here and never will i ever stay at a courtyard again.Marriott should be ashamed to have their name affiliated with this brand until they are all remodeled.

Close to the freeway, indoor pool. Refrigerator , microwave, coffee machine in room, shower/bath combo, beds comfortable, everything worked in the room. It was clean. Staff good, nothing special. Dutch brothers across the street. They have a restaurant on property, food was good, we had the hamburger. They sell Starbucks coffee.
Clean and nice people. I didn't stay here, but if I needed to stay in any place in Chico, this would be the place I'd stay in. :)
Spent 2 weeks here on business travel, helped with the fires. Nice, clean, smells deodorized hotel, and rooms had high ceilings which I loved as you didn't boxed in. I liked the location of my room first floor, middle. Close to exit door. Their grill is expensive but there's lots of places around the hotel. You have to request room cleaning and leave garbages out. You can hear hotel noise every so often. But overall, great stay. Just be careful of the weirdos around the parking lot too.
