I love this place, but they've got a 3:4 ratio of messing up delivery orders. In person is fine, but you may not get your correct or complete order for delivery.
Everything taste really good. I like the 3 soft taco deal- it really fills you up.
Basically we’re kicked out for not wearing a mask while standing in line while multiple people including an employee were sitting in side at tables without masks. Please answer me what is the difference between being in line without a mask and sitting at a table without one? Also employees collecting payment from people and then serving food without washing hands or wearing gloves . Atleast if your going to enforce government policy then follow it across the board don’t pick and choose
Unresponsible manager, bad customer service at best! Went with my wife and daughter there then got our food and went home. When we get to the house we pick up our bag and bag broke and all of our food on the drive way! We made a call to the manager and he said pretty much nothing he can do. What a joke! The line its so loong and we wait patiently because they serve online order first rather than people that stand there. It was chaos! This manager had no idea how to run a store! Very unprofessional with that answer quote " Well, theres nothing we can do " so its okay take peoples money and not be responsible for defected bags or paper bowl. The kicker was that he said " you should've let us know if u drive that far " whaat!?! Everyone drives from everywhere so we all have to let him know where we are from??? Does that make any sense!?!? I will never eat there ever!! If i want Chipotle, ill get it from East ave store.
It's always average. The only reason to really eat chipotle is convince and their corn salsa. Other than that the rest of the ingredients are average and the burrito is kinda small and overpriced especially since they charge an arm and leg for avacado
This used to be one of my favorite locations but the employees have been such a hassle in the last several months. There's almost always one, giving some raunchy attitude during the ordering process.I did a catering order and placed the order like a month in advance and went to pickup the day of my party....No food. No record of my order. So after looking and realizing they forgot to print it out or something, they had to make it up from scratch right there and my food was an hour late to the party. They did make it right by adding in some extras. But just maybe call in the day before to confirm if you do catering from this location.
Drive all the way across town to reach a closed sign on the door, even though it says right on the door, its business hours!
The food was super the female server was in a very bad mood and just slopped and food onto our tortillas like she just totally did not want to be there. Made us feel very uncomfortable and we weren't the only ones that were uncomfortable at that time. I know everybody has their bad days but you shouldn't bring it to work. Stay home if you're having that bad of a day that you can't do your job correctly especially a job where are you are involving yourself customers. Plus everyone
Food was very good. But check the bottom of your bowl before you sit it on anything.
Walked in and they said they were doing online only. So I sat down did the order and waited. When I picked it up another person walked in and ordered at the counter. Also my order was messed up. Come on Chipotle.
