It is a great pizza but I miss being able to dine at the restaurant. Oh well.
Generally the best NY style pizza in Chico, although not perfect. The Beef Heater sandwich however, is a hidden gem and IS my perfect beef sandwich.
Amazing marinara sauce calzones & canlonis ? !!! Nice, clean staff, great food, decent prices. Happy they are in my town ?
Great bruschetta, good mozzarella sticks and the pizza is pretty splendid also! Service is very good also!
A few slices for the family, a couple of salads, and drinks. The order was quick, the hot stuff was hot, and the child stuff was cold. The only problem was there was no where to eat, so we sat at The Bear. Good pizza, but the salad was too boring for the price.
I live over by the East Ave store and I will never eat there again because of the terrible customer service. The downtown location has better prices but most importantly, they treat their customers with respect. I drive clear across town for this service. Celestinos downtown is the best. Oh, and the Pizza is amazing too. ??
Lo, it was a hot summer Wednesday afternoon and I received an order on GrubHub to pick up not one, but 3 pies and a diet Coke from Celestino's. And like a zombie horde came the highschoolers; dozens of teens turned the (currently, thanks Coroba) hole-in-the-wall eatery from Decently Busy to Defcon 5. Despite the Walking Mass of Hormones and this one kid who joined his friends cut in front of me, the team at Celestino's made literal short work dishing out pie slices and cold drinks.Seriously though I had at least a dozen or two people ahead of me and I wasn't late on my order, that usually doesn't happen. Cussing go downtown Celestino's crew.

One year ago my girlfriend ordered pizza here but she used door dash and the restaurant didn’t give our driver two large pizzas we had ordered which was the bulk of the order and showed up with just salad…. that time we called the restaurant and they made us call doors dash and it took four more hours for our food to get delivered and it showed up cold and stale like there was no attempt made at all to keep it warm and when I called the manager he said basically that it was my fault for using door dash… TONIGHT my girlfriend ordered from the restaurant directly and didn’t involve door dash whatsoever it has been four hours so we called the restaurant to find out that they don’t use their own drivers anymore they only use door dash, door dash delivered to the wrong house and the restaurant isn’t liable so we have to contact door dash for a refund…. literally the only two times we’ve tried to order pizza here and both times all I got was excuses and hours and hours of waiting and then it’s as if they don’t even care if I get the food that i paid them for…. And I don’t care which location. Nobody I dealt with from your company has taken any responsibility for anything at all. The girl I talked to her immediate response was “i know I wrote the address right so it’s not my fault”. Do I know that she did it right? besides that, we weren’t even aware that there was going to be a door dash driver involved at all or we wouldn’t have ordered it the second time. I don’t care what your excuses are, I haven’t received a sincere apology for you ruining my family’s night multiple times. I will not ever recommend anyone to eat your snobby and overpriced pizza because the one time I did eat it it was four hours old.
I love this pizza. I grew up eating it and when I visit it's a must stop.
