Came here with the family for dinner and was very satisfied with the customer service. Big shout out to Andrew at the register for quickly correcting a lack of one small fry missing. And asked if we needed anything else and was super friendly. Glad I can go to chico and actually get good customer service from a fast food place, not to mention the food came out quick and was really good, especially the chicken. Only bad thing was the fries were hard. Keep it up!
Last few times I've eaten at Carl's Jr. the taste of the burgers has diminished and they give me heartburn. Also the fries are less groovy, even when fresh.I'll try another time or two at different locations, but if the pattern doesn't reverse itself it'll be the end of an era for me.
My burger had way to much sauce meat very thin..it was soggy..fries were good..people working there were very nice and were on point..it wasn't worth $11.00 but I will try another type of meal next time and I'm only going back because of the great costumer service.
Bad attitudes, the young man wearing the girl makeup and a dog collar wants to mock customers seems like he picks fights he could never win. Then his boss Melissa refuses service to you when you dont cower under her unprofessional response she tries to feed you when you complain. She dared me to call her boss in the mourning, il do one better and call corporate since her boss is probably a complete loser as theres obviously standard to who they hire and definitely no dress code for this carls juniors employees as they let guys wear makeup and wear dog collars to work while they get away with mocking people ordering food.
Place is always great, drive thru is fast probably the fastest in town In my opinion.
Worst double western bacon cheeseburger ever, dry , absolutely no sauce , one strip of bacon..and the bun was stale, it was crispier then then onion ring with no bbq sauce...I am sure to. Go in the morning and complain...
Salome has great customer service, he has a great attitude, and was friendly I'll be visiting again! I gave 5 stars because of him.
I don't end up going here all that often, but they always have consistent service and products. I usually opt to upgrade the fries to Criscut seasoned ok ones. They are a great flovorful option. The bacon used on the sandwiches is thick-cut and you get the bacon flavor added that is missing from some places that give you paper-thin slices.

Friendly employee. Took a while to acknowledge me or take my order. Once they did, it was ready quickly, although chicken tenders were way over cooked to the point of being tough.
