This is by far the worst of any burrito bandito I've been to. I've visited the Redding, Anderson, and red bluff locations countless times. This suffers the same problem as a lot of other low end restaurants around Chico: the employees are young college kids that couldn't care less about your experience, their job, or the restaurant they work at. The food was abysmal, every worker is equally as rude and unhelpful. I'm truly shocked this place is able to stay in business in chico, being run the way it is. You can literally go to del taco, or taco bell, and get the exact same experience. 0/10 if I could rate it that.
I honestly don't understand what all the fuss is about this place. I felt like I was walking into a children's playhouse. The place was so confusing. There were hot sauces scattered all over the place, so and I had no idea how to order a soft drink. The menu is very limited, and when I placed my order, the server started making my burrito and didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, which I did. But after processing my order, I'm glad he didn't. $20 for a lousy burrito and bottle of Gatorade. I have never spent so much money on so little food. The burrito was maybe only one grade above what I can get at Taco Bell. Really. I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone could love this place. I was expecting an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant, instead I basically got a lousy Tex-Mex version of a Subway. The hot sauce was literally the only thing worth getting. The only cool thing about this place was the music and the cacti. The prices certainly aren't worth the quality of the food. You're better off going to any old Tex-Mex fast food place.
They're similar to Chipotle in how they assemble their tacos, burritos, bowls.Their food is pretty fire. I got the burrito with pretty much everything and their sauce is good too. Worth it.
Love Burrito Bandito!! Food is always fresh and made to order right in front of you. Employees are friendly and prompt to make your order. Fun atmosphere. Definitely great Mexican food.
Stopped here on the way home from Lassen, absolutely famished, wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised! Great quality and quantity, and the staff were awesome and consciousness of my vegetarian diet by warning me about lard in their refried beans.
This place is GREAT! If you want a burrito the size of your head, this is where you want to go!Very good and huge portions!
It's simple and quick, always fresh. Not my favorite, but it's far better than Chipotle. Small menu, lots of hot sauces.
Employees are everything at dining establishments. Maggy is super friendly and got my order correct. As I was eating I noticed she was out working all other staff members cleaning.Attention "owner" make her a manager or give her a pay raise she is worth it and making your customers happy and making you money.
Nothing but tortilla for $10.25 …. Unfortunately the taco truck wasn’t open to have saved me from this sadness. Most expensive tortilla I’ve ever paid for!
The burrito makers are always amazingly nice and helpful. I tried something different this time (from the normal pollo burrito to a pollo taco) and, as expected, it had amazing flavor and was the right portion. If you are hungry this is the place to go!
