Date night..."Hamburgers, downtown night life, and Concert in the Park." Burgers and Brew was the start of a beautiful night out..and it never fails to disappoint. We arrived a little before 6pm to a near empty restaurant with plenty of seating to choose from. We walked to the counter and placed our order. I got the "Special", which was the Sriracha Burger, medium-rare, which included a 1/2lb burger, Sriracha aioli, honey-glazed bacon, pepper jack cheese, fried onions, arugula and tomato, with onion rings as my side. My wife got the always popular Buffalo burger, medium-rare, with lettuce, tomato, and red onion, with fries. Arriving before the rush is KEY, as the food comes out of the kitchen faster. Within 10 minutes, our dinner was at our table. My burger was heavenly...not too much heat, but just right. Everything about it, and my wife's burger, was just right. Only bad take-away was the arugula clumped in the middle of my patty. The onion rings were fried to a perfect color and crispness...as were the fries. This is a wonderful establishment to start any night in Chico, however... the 5th star would be given IF they put the Burgers FIRST. While there are plenty to choose from, a build-your-own burger menu would serve a better purpose. As for the Brews...alas, we don't drink, which negates the "Countless" offerings to choose from. If you are a fan of both, this is the place for you.

I'd been warned this place was terrible... but the good reviews lured me in. Like another reviewer, a toothpick had been shoved so deeply into my burger it was invisible. Stabbed me immediately as I pushed down on the burger to grab it.Service was quick, but oh man were the burgers terrible. The patty was mediocre, but the bun tasted so terrible. It was like a weird swampy taste with a soggy texture. Absolutely disgusting. Fries were also extremely soggy and biting into one somehow resulted in an explosion of cold oil into your mouth. Not sure why the reviews are so good for this place, I should have listened to the warnings from friends. Won't be back.

Still a great place for burgers. Good portion sizes, and tasty food. Best for dine in.Just make sure they give you what you ordered before you leave. Messed up on my wife's side, yet again, and only received a half Fuji instead of full. Lost a star for this one.

There was a little line to order food on a Sunday evening. Drink order was quickly filled. We had the Avocado Cheeseburger, Garden Burger, Bacon Cheeseburger, Impossible Cheeseburger, and the Aged Cheddar Cheeseburger. There were all cooked exactly as ordered and the sides were delicious. French fries, curly fries, sweet potato fries, and a side salad. The food to about 15 minutes to be delivered to the table.

Great food and great selection on beer. Decent prices. Biggest issue I have with this location is the make you order at the counter. For the prices and the style of location, servers would be nice.

This place is good spot to grab a quality burger, but…it’s overpriced. Had dinner with my wife there the other night and we had two burgers, she had a standard cheese burger, I had the bison burger with cheese. We did upgrade to garlic fries and an order of beer battered onion rings and ordered two sodas that were $3.75 each! Our price was just under 50 bucks after we tipped about 10-15%. That’s crazy for a couple of burgers, even considering what we got was great quality. The price is the only reason I gave the place 4 stars. They have a great selection of beer and the college kids working there are always friendly. All things considered, I prefer Nobby’s over B&B personally. The price is way better and I also prefer the food. But Nobby’s was closed on a Monday and I wanted a good burger and wasn’t disappointed here.

Extremely warm inside the building. Hotter than being directly in the sun outdoors. But the service was very friendly and took care of our needs graciously and effectively despite some, well, for lack of better term, setbacks with my 5 year old lol overall though the food was really good and I will for sure be going back soon

It's a pretty good place the burgers actually taste like they were seasoned well and the variety of options to choose from is a selling point that makes me kind of want to go back and try somwthing new everytime. Also their garlic fries are at the top in terms of taste and texture.

Pathetic. Fish and chips was abysmal. Too bad too nice room yet horrid food. My friends lamb burger was way over cooked and her side salad was nothing but yuppie chow out of a bad. Shame on you

Burgers and Brew has a great burger, but I'll likely never give them my business again. This is the second time I've requested on my order to keep the lids open on the takeout food to allow the steam to escape instead of condense. It's even written on my order receipt. Then when I bring it up to a worker when I pickup my food, the young female argues with me and says it's not possible to leave the lids open. What happened to customer service and manners? They don't seem to exist in businesses in this town.
