Fast service, consistant and tasty burgers. They have lots of patty options; vegetarian, fish, turkey, etc. They also have great options for spice lovers like me with their ghost pepper cheese and spicy BBQ sauce. The shoestring fries are amazing and the "build your burger" station is always clean and well stocked. I love all the sauce options!
Staff socializes too much rather than wait till orders are served. Sloppy put together hot dogs to go. Disappointed.
Look look look I have NO idea how I have lived in Chico for almost 5 years and never tried Burger hut! But I can tell you this, it is officially my FAVORITE place to eat! And that is coming from someone who just had this delivered via DoorDash so it is not even fresh! Hands down I recommend this place to anyone!! The flavor is phenomenal and the burger is juicy! I chose tater tots instead of fries and it just made it so much better!! Guarantee they will be getting a huge portion of my paychecks from now on ??
The food is always good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love being able to make my burger the way I want it. The best part is they have the absolute best lettuce wrap Burgers I've ever had. For those of us that are gluten-free, this is a great place for a quick bite with friends!
One of the best places to get a burger. Build it how you want it and the patties are always amazing. Love their shakes as well. Neighborhood special is generally my go to. A burger, fries and a drink.
It had been a few yrs since stopping by for a burger..hubby & I went yesterday. My burger was not juicy (not how i remembered) & the pricing wow..for a burger/fries & chocolate shake (was delicious btw) & chicken sandwhich w/ a fav beer of my husbands (Farmers on tap) total came to $35.00.....just seems outrageous ...

Burger Hut is the best burger in Chico uncontested! I cannot recommend them enough especially as food is made to order and you have a choice of what toppings go on your burger per every Burger. The owners of Burger Hut absolutely know what they are doing I see no red flags ever
