The waitress was nice and I probably seemed like a jerk but it's only because I was flabbergasted by the fact that their BOGO was changed to BOGO50% without so much as a warning. It used to be the spot to hang out with the homies but not with wack changes like that. All in all wingstop is now the move for wings cravings.
Ate at the bar. Service was great up to the end. They changed one of the TVs to rugby for us amd we got a variety of sauces for our chicken. End of evening it took forever to get a server to check us out. Only reason this is not a 5 star was trying to get someone for 20 minutes to let us pay.
Updated from 5 star rating.Ordered 20 boneless and 20 normal wings with fries and extra sauces.Order was delivered without any sauces and no fries (literally plain wings).We called to ask for the sauces to get delivered.They put us on hold for 15 mins. "Forgot" about us.Then told us they wouldn't refund and we could come pick up the sauces in 20 mins if we want.Horrible service, horrible resolution to their mistake. Avoid.
Brisket sandwich good but disappointingly light on meat. Fries portion extremely small. Service was friendly and good.
Friendly staff however this is my 2nd experience here where my boneless wings were hard as hell and hardly any sauce on them. Overpriced and the ranch sucks, sorry!
First time, not my fare, but the boneless wings were better than I expected. If you like fried foods, this is good stuff. Only real complaint was the long wait for our order - the place was less than half full. Service was good, though.
Worse service I’ve ever had at. BWW. We stood at the front for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and then when seated in a different section than we were suppose to be the other waitress made a comment to the hostess and she replied “they wanted a booth”. Asked for a lemon with my drink and had to ask again after she dropped off drinks and took our order. We asked for the appetizers before the food and it all got brought out at once and the wings were not labeled which were which and not very much sauce and could pick the wings up with your bare hand and not get sauce on your hands. The place was not very busy. It the service was mediocre. Most likely will not be returning to this location. The only positive experience was the hot blonde waitress!
Went here tonight to have a nice date! The best server I have ever had in a long time. Marenni was our server! Got what we wanted, have no issues. Great laughs.
