I went here with a group for a graduation celebration dinner. I thought the food was good, especially the cheese bites appetizer, or whatever it was. That was DELICIOUS! I also got the whiskey burger, but I personally didn't care for it much. I also had others in my party very much enjoy getting smoothies. I tasted a strawberry banana one, and despite it being too sweet for my taste, she loved it. I did think it was good, though. It just wouldn't be something I would order because of how sweet it was.
We went for dinner this evening, May 23 after 7:30PMat this location and had the most disgusting waitress named Jessica. First of all, she took our order while sniffling and wiping her nose in her shirt, claiming it was allergies. Allergies or not that is still disturbing and disgusting anytime and especially during a pandemic. As I was looking for a manager to get our waitress changed, I watched her in between other tables wipe her nose with her fingers and then go and wait on another table and wipe her nose again, while waiting on them. Needless to say we will not frequent this disease carrying Applebee’s ever again.
I worked here for about 2 weeks and the first thing noticed when i walked in was how dirty the kitchen was. There was dirt and food all over the floor and the managers seemed like they didnt have a problem with it. At the end of the night when it came to cleaning the kitchen, they did the bare minimum and skipped everything they could. On the line underneath where they kept all the food is full of stagnant brown water and old food that clearly hasnt been cleaned for weeks. Plus, they use the microwave to reheat 50% of their food.
Horrible. Had to send 2 drinks back because there was no alcohol in them whatsoever. The waiter was nice, but obviously not trained well. Our food was cold, and obviously microwaved. I do not recommend coming here, worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to.
Ordered a broccoli chicken Alfredo that showed up under cooked, pink, rubbery, slimy, and a off taste. Called talked to the manager who said he has no idea how that happened he was standing right there the whole time. Wasnt going to leave a bad review till the manager had an attitude. Just simply called to say hey the food was messed up didnt want anything in return and got attitude.
I worked here for a year and honestly I have never dealt with more irate customers In my years as a restaurant worker. Y’all need to do better and realize they’re all human and pretty much all of the food is made in the microwave or steamer so it’s gonna be nasty. Welcome to Applebees ❤️????
We had a great experience! The service was phenomenal and the food was great. We arrived around 8:30 with a family of 13 and they were amazing and accommodating. We never once felt like an inconvenience. We will definitely be returning!
Was busy when me and my hubby went but was a great time our writer a young blonde haired girl she was very nice and friendly well she wasn't even our writer a guy was but she made sure that we were taking care of asked if we have been ask about drinks we said yes she said ok ill keep an eye out and I'll get them myself if you don't have them within 5 minutes my hubby keep dropping his napkin when she would walk by was funny she stopped and was like well I see your gonna need more napkin I'll be right back. I wish I could remember her name she was awesome just made us feel at home. I'd definitely go back to the one in chico just because of her.
Applebees has a good happy hour which is what usually brings a group of us in. Food was very good but can't say the same for the service. Had to get up and go get her to ask for plates for the appetizers. She would go by without asking if we needed anything else so had to finally flag her down to get a second drink as well as to get to-go boxes and our check. She never did clear empty plates or glasses from the table even when she finally brought 2nd round of drinks. We had pushed them all to the edge of the table and it wasn't busy at all. Don't remember her name but She had long dark hair. Usually enjoy Applebees but this was terrible service this time.
It's Applebee's, but on this occasion at 6pm on a Wednesday, the place was not crowded or noisy (my usual complaint at Applebee's). The "contactless" menu (QR code on the table top) didn't seem to be working properly to be able to access the menu online. One person in our party of five ordered a sirloin steak and it was tough. My grilled chicken tender salad was OK but nothing to write home about.
