Great local burger place!
I am not a chili burger fan usually. But every now and then a classic chili burger is amazing. This vintage burger spot from 1956 is classic. Everything about this place is perfect for this place limited menu, cash only rootbeer floats. You can't ask for more, perfect classic, Valley 50s burger stand!
Delicious burgers and fries will keep going back been eating here since my Dad took me when I was 7 years old now 59 and still delicious ?
Love this place. My number one place to get a chillie dog. They also make for near floats. Lots of out door seating.
This an LA landmark... literally! The Munch Box hamburger stand has been around for decades for a reason. Try the hickory burger or the Western Dog. Delicious and very affordable!
This great little hamburger hot dog stand is awesome. it's been there forever I grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Very highly recommended Every time I'm in The Valley I try to stop here and grab lunch brings back the old Memories from the 80s.
Been going here since the 60's! Take people here that want to have the bomb burger's. Was my son Carys ( rest in peace) favorite since he was 5 yrs old. We kinda Carried on a tradition! We loved the lady with Red hair! So glad they made it a historical site! Hope it's here forever!
Almost as good as a time machine. A short, simple menu with all the good stuff. I had a double cheeseburger with fries and it cost me less than $10. Parking was limited, but a few spots were open. All the seating is outdoors. It seems the other customers all seem to be friendly, conversations were starting across tables with everyone who came by.
So good. I love that it's an old historic spot. The food is so good. But remember, Cash only!
Who doesn't love the local greasy spoon? I've been going to this place for 30 years (I'm that old) If you have a need for a chili burger and chili cheese fries and are within 30 miles of Chatsworth you need to go to the Munch Box!!!! There is not much to say obviously having been in business for over 60 years they are getting it done. Give it a try I don't think you'll be disappointed. If your feeling adventurous give the Hick patty a try
