I have no complaint about the sandwich but they need to pay close attention to customers' orders. I clearly stated I want the Mozza Meat but gave a meat sandwich with a different cheese and no mozzarella. When I showed them the sandwich, they didn't acknowledge their mistake and charged me $1.00 as extra. I don't want to waste time and ruin my day fighting for a piece of cheese, so I just paid for it and went off disappointed. ?
Slow as usual
I was eating my food and I bit into a fucken nail.
Once in a while I get some food from this place, but the last time I was there, they seemed the employee and the lady in charge were irritated. The bread was all broken and they didn't bother to make the sandwich any presentable. I had a stomachache after eating my sandwich and I don't think I will buy food from Subways restaurants anymore. Subway in Chatsworth at De Soto and Lassen to be precise.
Like the food. But the service not so much. There is a lady in the afternoon at lunch hour that is quite rude. She rushes you to complete your sandwich and forgets to add all the ingredients you ask for. She also cuts you off. For example you say "let me get some let..." and she just grabs it, throws it on and at the same time will say "what else?!". Don't know why the owner keeps her around. She does this in front of her and doesn't do anything about it. Disappointing.
The chocolate chip cookies tasted rancid ☹. I thought the cookies at Subway were baked fresh daily. The cookie display case was full and it was 10am. So disappointed ?.
Subway is still my favorite shop that serves sandwiches. They have a lot of healthy and delicious sandwiches that you can choose from and a great atmosphere to dine. Their salads are really healthy and fresh.

Nice lady, I went to the wrong subway which was closed then I called her and told her I was lost not from the area. she helped me with the directions and waited for me when she was supposed to close. Definitely recommended
Small quiet and good service. Food is fresh and fast!
