We hadn't been to Stonefire in over a year.We found salads to be good as always, but the overall appearance of the restaurant was messy and cluttered. We received two items that we didn't order and one that we didn't get and had to reorder. The server didn't offer to correct the error. The website said that there was a healthy alternative chopped Italian salad but the cashier had no idea about it. Overall I don't think the restaurant was back to its pre-covid standards.?
Love the food. Great quality. But could not go online to order and when picking up no structure in terms of whose next in line ( people are spread out, chaotic, no line manager or management creating a more frustrating atmosphere, people cutting in line or needing to pay or whatever goes eventually someone will help you.
The food was fresh and came out quickly. I went here for Mother’s Day and it was busy but everyone was so nice and friendly.
Stone fire grill needs to know what cleaning means, because their restaurant had no idea what is to be clean. Apart from that their servers need training. I understand that some of these servers are young, and that this is their first job but it's inexcusable and unacceptable for them to let them slack off like that. I'd say that if stone fire grill wants to be better they should improve in these major areas.
So, I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because of their inconsistency. I've eaten here at this location at least 4 times. 2 of the 4 the ribs were amazing. Yesterday, I was craving ribs, so decided to stop by and order take out. Don't ever do that just order online and save the hassle of waiting, which on weekends this place is BUSY. Waited about 35 mins after being told it would only take 15-20 mins.I get home super excited to get by hands dirty with some juicy ribs! I take my 1st bit and immediately notice its dry and have what tastes like burnt charcoal in my mouth. Spent $30 on burnt ribs is super disappointing to say the least!! The meat was as dry as the bones they were on.There should be some sort of standard food protocol guidelines. I mean it's not hard to look at meat and know its overcooked/burnt -- which shouldn't be served! Now, I dont know if I'm willing to risk spending another $50-70 in hopes that the meat I order will be cooked properly. ?
We stopped for an early dinner. The food was tasty. The ribs, chicken and tri tip was the bomb. We had their ceasar salad and the ceasar dressing is the best I have tasted. Mash potatoes was on point and the bread sticks...yummy! I will be back next week. A little pricey but so worth it! You won't be disappointed ?
The Tri-Tip was so good, it was gone before I could even remember to take a picture. The place had a ton of employees but almost all of them were behind the counters assisting the kitchen. It was a bit surprising to see basic utensils and things like boxes missing or not where they were supposed to be, especially considering how large the team was that morning. Overall, I was happy I chose Stonefire that day.
We had the tri tip and bbq chicken, the meats were tender, juicy and flavorful. I love their bbq sauce. The garlic mashed potatoes were great as well. Our son had the 12 inch bbq chicken pizza and he loved it.. The customer service is always excellent.
Great food, priced well to feed the whole family while mama gets a break from cooking. A meal for 6 would normally be well over $100 but including tax and tip spent about $65. Will definitely be back. The restaurant was busy but I still got my food on-time, the order was correct, and it was DELICIOUS!! Courteous staff as well. I will definitely be back.
The food was delicious ?. Worst part was the cashier. Older man at the register needs an attitude adjustment.
