Not the employees fault. But always an issue when ordering on the Popeye's app. Items that aren't available are able to be ordered. When I got there had to make substitutions. Really disappointed that this is happening at every location we got to. So disappointing.
I grabbed an order to go because my husband begged for me Popeyes. I decided hey, I'll try it for the first time. I got the $6?box they had advertised in the window. It comes with three chicken strips, two sides, and a biscuit.My box as you can see pictured only had two chicken strips and the Mac and Cheese which I paid .50 cents extra for was burnt (see photo below)
The staff at this location are just awful. They’re slow. They always run out of food. There’s no urgency. Takeout orders aren’t ready for 30 minutes. Hard to believe fast food could be this hard.
I use to like this store when it was slow now it is junk the store is Filthy like it has not been cleaned for a while all the table had left over food trash was overfilled . Tried to order chicken tenders but they where out ask the employee why he said the other worker did not put it in the refrigerator and had to throw all out i substitute it for a chicken sandwich and fries I through the sandwich away was cold and the fries where s Staled too bad was happy for this Convenient location though maybe new ownership will be better but I was wrong
Excellent fried chicken, but my side of mac & cheese was not even half full. Come on…
By far the best Popeyes in the valley! We always had issues with our order from the other Popeyes locations (Canoga Park and Winnetka) but this place never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, unlike disgruntled employees in the other branches, and they always get our orders correctly. Good job management!
Why are all your tables dirty? Why do you run out of sauces? Why is everyone there unprofessional? Why did I order my food for dine in, and it was all served to me cold? Why did you forget my drink and when I told you I paid for a drink you made me furnish my receipt and then gave me a dirty look? Why is your bathroom such a hot mess? Why does your chicken taste old and dry? Horrible experience. Won’t be back. Thanks for nothing
Took 15 minutes to get food. Spelled my name wrong. Sides were not filled to the top. No straws. All that for 12.49. There's a food and beverage tax on top of it. Totally not worth it.
Out of Mac & Cheese for a while now. Now they don't have pickles, and they don't tell you, until you bite into you sandwich and notice no pickles.Customer service is just ok.
Heard a customer tell the cashier to make his order fresh out the frier and I'm glad I also was there to do the same, must the time they always get that chicken that's been under the light for who knows how long. That chicken always dry and taste like jerky, if getting box of mix chicken fresh out the frier the chicken is very juicy and perfect
