Horrible experience. I ordered online using Google through Mr. Pizza online order menu for my crew. I ordered two of the 1 large pizza wings and 2 cans of cola and paid online using my CC without any issues. When my guys arrived to pick up the food Mr. Pizza demanded an additional 15 dollars for the food we had already paid for from them. The restaurant then called me demanding another 15 dollars because what we paid online was not enough. I kindly tried to give him my CC number over the phone but it didn't go through for some reason. He then started asking me for my CC address, company name and number. For what reason I was unsure. In the end after I demanded he give the food we paid for to my guys he finally did. It took a lot of persuading because he was telling my guys the order is canceled. He was extremely rude and unprofessional through the whole ordeal. Basically his actions are extortion. We will never eat here again. Hopefully they change their ways or close the doors.
Always given wrong orders, i think person is deaf, and that lady to, plus v unclean, infront of me she sneezed didnt washed, or cleaned her self?also prizes changes according to the race, my main concern is unclean serving, be carefull guys.
I work down the street and wanted a philly sandwich. I ordered it and paid for pickup. When I got there they owner was rude because he was unaware of my order. When the other worker said they got the order he said okay stay and wait. Then he came and gave m le the paper showing the order and said he wasn't going to make it anymore. I told him I was charged and he said its my problem and ask for a refund. Even the company I ordered on tried calling him but he didn't answer. I don't understand why this all needed to happen. I walked out with nothing. I may have been lucky since the kitchen is so dirty. Go somewhere else to eat!
Their pizzas always taste fresh, great ingredients! I've had their vegetarian, ham and pineapple, pepperoni and pepperoni and suasage. It's hard to pick a favorite. The dough taste amazing, the toppings are delicious and the cheese is popping! The owner is the kindest man, love their tasty, fresh pies!
