I was here early morning apx around 4am after coming from the ER. I purchased a meal and requested a large Dr. Pepper on the side. They purposely put something in my drink. It was a chewed up piece of food that made its way through the straw. It's disgusting. Do yourself a favor. Screen your employees. Perhaps an ethics, morals and common sense. Life's already hard why make it harder for other people for the sake of satisfaction for cheap amusement?? Get real.
I went in wanting to order a basic breakfast that you would expect from McDonald's. I waited at counter to place my order but no one was attending. After asking for assistance the clerk took my order, which was wrong, I mentioned that I didn't order a egg mc muffin but instead I ordered a sausage Mc muffin. So she turned it into a debate about what I ordered instead of correcting my order, afterwards a young man who appeared to be shift lead came to assist, at that point I asked him for a refund and told him I not going to purchase something I did not order just because the cashiers concern was debating what I said and what she heard. Obviously this location needs some basic customer service/descalation skills.
The person taking the orders was in such a rush that she got my order very wrong. She didn't even bother repeating it after I had tried correcting her. The cashier demanded that I pay her before she could print out a copy of my order so that I could tell her exactly would I had ordered and seen where they had overcharged me. She didn't even know what was on the menu. When I tried to pay she said she couldn't move the machine outside the window so they didn't have ApplePay. She claimed my card didn't work the first time that she tried. The entire time she was speaking in a rude tone. Both just extremely rude and disrespectful.
The people are really nice nd the food is made quickly if u go inside
I've been here for lunch a couple times. They serve their burgers almost exactly how you see them on the menu. Burgers and fries taste great. Kind employees and prompt service. I would go here again.
In every McDonald's is always the same they do not give ketchup or any sauce and if you ask, you only get 1 like come on we were 3 adults and 2 kids and we only got 1 ranch ?
I went there this morning. I'm driving a uhaul so I couldn't go through the drive thru, they were allowing some people in to order food inside. But wouldn't let my uncle (who has down syndrome) and I in. I'm moving my gramma up north to live closer to family. Hopefully I receive better treatment the rest of this trip. As for the lady that told me to go through the drive thru, and walked away. I get your short handed, but sometimes that little extra makes all the difference for someone's day.
This one was friendly they were professional n fast they didn't git my order wrong n there was no wait..
I ordered food about an hour ago with my daughter. When I got home. I pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth. So I called and talked to a Dan to let him know. He did not seem to care what so ever. You can hear people laughing in the background.
I love most McDonalds branches in the valley, but unfortunately, the one closest to my office is this one along Devonshire and De Soto. It’s the worst branch ever. Never gives you the right amount per McDonald’s Standards. I would have not complained if it was once, but it happens everytime - regularly. As a sample, I ordered 4 sets of 3pc Hotcakes with bacon this morning, and for those 12 hotcakes, they gave me 2 butters and 2 syrups (drive thru). For the bacon, they put 2 pcs of 3-inch sized bacon on three of the sets, and they only put one on the last set. I order the same food from other branches, and they would give like 5 pcs bacon strips per meal. (Simi Valley and Northridge branches) And that’s just a sample. To the management, have a little generosity, please. Or at least meet the McDonald’s amount standards.I will for sure be back to this branch because as what I’ve said, it’s the closest to my work. But I am hoping there would be improvement.Thank you.
