This McDonald's is nice and everyone seemed friendly and helpful. The food is well... fast food and the presentation and preparation of the meal was average.So why only 3 stars? Between homeless Henry, the weird "do it yourself" kiosk, the constant service bells ringing and the gum on my shoe, it kind of ruined the ride a bit.Overall I'd go there again. Maybe it won't be so weird next time.
Worst McDonald's ever, it's amazing how they are able to keep a strong streak of completely screwing up our order 100% of the time. EVERY single time we come here for years now they manage to get our order WRONG even after repeating 2 or 3 times, It's a habit now to check before we leave the window and sure enough our order is ALWAYS wrong! Get it together people!
No ketchup, no napkins, and they forgot to give me an order of nuggets. Also I had to waited a while because the person who was taking my order didnt process it. It was the worst McDonald’s I have been to in the aspect of time. But the actual food was pretty good
This mcdonald's has not improved. I recently went this weekend, I ordered on the app and parked in curbside pick up. My family and I waited 10 mins and no one approached the car. I had gone inside to find out what happened to the order. I understand that drive through can be chaotic but there was no worker in the front to update the others individuals that were waiting for their order. Finally, a young man helped me out. He told me that my order was given to someone else and they could remake it. That took a whole other 15 mins. When we finally did get our order it was missing a breakfast item! This mcdonald's needs better management and more organization.
They missed an item in my drive-thru order. But it was fixed quickly. Service here was great, staff were friendly.
Had a craving for McDonald's fries and, after over half an hour waiting in the drive-through line, I was rewarded with a cold, limp pile of garbage. You would think a place that's so busy would at least have fresh food, but that was not the case in my experience.On top of that, the layout for the drive-through is bafflingly convoluted and I almost got clipped by a jerk who slammed on the gas and whizzed past me while I tried to exit.Would not recommend this place. The staff was friendly, though.
Best Drive Thru in Town. Fast Easy Quick and never a line. Can you believe that their is never a line they keep it going and on schedule clean smooth operation they got running over here at this McDonald's Drive Thru
Great customer service at this location, my order was correct and hot when I received my food, and most importantly the employees were professional, kind, and friendly. This is a place I want to get my food from.(Compared to the McDonald's on Hubbard and Glenoaks horrible customer service.)
Just like any other McDonald's but a lot busier at the drive thru ? if you're running late and thinking of a quick bite, DO NOT come here.
Service was pretty fast. The no contact registers were nice. However they forgot to give syrup with the hotcakes.
