First time at this restaurant. Nice industrial farm asthetics. Clean and plenty of sanitizer stations. The staff was nice and attentive. Very nice selection of wing spices. I chose the default Buffalo and teriyaki. Flavors are good but I was hoping for more crunch. Hopefully next time will be better. They have a full bar with a nice selection of IPA beer. I'll come back for another round.
Waited 45 min food and still not even started. Kept getting excuses when we asked why it is taking so long. There was a delay in the back. Or just ignored.Got my money back & left. Back to WING STOP and BTW, the new EPIC WINGS ON Corbin is delicious. Was here about a month ago and same service. We understand there could be something wrong causing a delay. Thought we would give them another chance. NO MORE FOR US at this place. And we've been becoming here since they opened. Used to be good, now it's horrible.
The food is great but the only problem was one of the workers named by Fabiola her customer service was horrible. She took my order and the second I paid she took off and didn’t give me my drink. I waited at the front for her to walk up to me and ask me , if I need anything , I told her about the drinks and all she had to say was “oh” . There wasn’t no sorry or an apology just a oh. I took a seat and I was looking around the place , I look over my shoulder and I see Fabiola staring me down, giving me dirty looks. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted.
Horrible customer service. People taking orders put you on hold and hang up. The manager was of no help when these issues where brought to his attention. It happens all the time in the evening. This store needs to get it together. When first opened it was okay place to eat. Food is cold at times. Employees are on their personal cell phones instead of answering the store phone to take orders
I love their variety of wings. Compared to Buffalo wild wings and wing stop. This places brought a whole new menu of flavor. There menu does not disappoint and the freshness of the wings is also great. I would recommend giving this place a try!
Stayed there for 30 minutes waiting for my order to go while It sat behind the counter they look at me didn't even bother to call my name. didn't text me didn't do anything in 30 extra minutes waiting for my food sitting on the counter because they couldn't even bother to say hey your orders ready. if you eat here take out you have to check with the casher to make sure you get your food in time not worth the $2 tip
I’ve been here a few times. When they first opened food was great. Exactly how I ordered it. Now when you order wings they are super tiny and not worth it all. We ordered lemon pepper wings and they give bare wings with no seasoning. They Ignore requests especially to go. Beware!! We had to take our wings back to get new ones that were the same way with no seasoning. The manger took back the old wings like we were out for free food!! This place has gone DOWN HILL.
Went in to get wings with a hour left before they closed they told me they where done for the night. This was after I called and asked if they where still taking orders and drove down.
I recently came here for the first time with a friend group for a birthday. I am always down for wings and has never been here so I was excited to try. The staff was helpful in explaining the different flavors to us since none of us wanted anything spicy. We got bone in wings in 4 different flavors Peking (sweet and sour sauce), Garlic Parmesan, Dragon, and Cajun. My favorite was the garlic, but all was delicious. I will have to come back another time and try more flavors as well as the French fries since I didn't get a side. The biggest downside to this place and a complaint I've heard from my peers is their delivery menu is more expensive than the regular menu, and I feel the prices should be the same regardless.
I've tried this place twice now, and both times it has been meh. The problem is the heat levels for the sauces are not very good. I've tried the buffalo, stampede, mango habanero, as well as other sauces, and they are not that spicy. Wing Stop is better when it comes to spice level. The wings themselves are a bit on the small side. I would say smaller than Wing Stop. On both of my orders from different days, some of the wings are tiny, especially the flats. For the price, I don't see it being worth it.I have also tried the Dragon sauce/flavor, which is ultimately my favorite, but that is on the sweet side.If you like Wing Stop ranch, their ranch is very close if not spot on the same as the Wing Stop ranch. That's a plus for me.Overall, if you're looking for spicy chicken wings, I wouldn't come back here again for the wings. But, I would come back for some of their other items such as their tenders or chicken sandwiches. If this place could actually add some heat to their wings, I think it would be better, but as it stands, it's underwhelming.
