Horrible customer service. I called my order in like I always do, and had an option to order in Spanish, like I always order, and speak to someone thinking someone on the other line would answer in Spanish to make it easier for me to place my order. The girl that picked up the phone was so rude. I was greeted with a rude “YEAH?!” And I asked if she spoke Spanish and she just continued saying “YEAH!” In a rude, annoyed, “I don’t want to be at work” tone and would not speak Spanish after I had asked her if she did speak Spanish. After her 3rd rude “YEEEAAAAHH!!!” She abruptly hung up on me. She could have nicely told me “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but I do not speak Spanish but I can try to work with you to place an order or please stay on the line for someone that does speak Spanish” super rude.
It's 10:15 on a Saturday, right before 4th of July..., your location closes at 1am.Why won't you make a pizza to carry out?It's your only job.... Ridiculous!
Twice already, this location cancelled our order just because first, they said they have a big order and couldn't accommodate ours. We learned that they cancelled when we got our confirmation that our order is ready, and we were in the store. Second, again we are already in the store and said that the machine broke down. The Lady manager didn't even sound apologetic. I actually said that she is rude to just cancel it, without any consideration- she just told me " oh that is your opinion and I cannot do anything about that. " I am speechless.. Rude Manager/staff.
This site has fast service, great prices and friendly staff.. conveniently located in a shopping center with parking spots and quick access. Definitely recommend. You can order on arrival at the location or you can place an order for pickup via their website or door dash or UberEATS
No one answer the phone for half an hour whenever you call, and after answering they talk so rude which is really disappointing.
I've been trying to order wings from dominos since October 2021, I tried at least 3 times that month, at least 3 tomes November 2021, 3 times December 2021 and the same manager tells me "no wings"I called January 2022 and the sa manager said "No Wings" very bad service this store
Best pizza hands down. Don't listen to the old reviews!!! Quick and my pizza was still steaming. Honey BBQ sauce pizza was so ???. My girl got the veggie with garlic parm for the sauce. KILLED IT!! Will definitely be coming back.
