June 26,22Around 12:30 afternoon there was an older man working up front taking my order. Instead of him worrying about my Oder he was busy looking around for his cashier. While I’m trying to order. He was so rude I almost just left the building. He ignored half my order. First time at this location. And the LAST. POOR SERVICE ?
A gentleman before saying anything to me, said they were out of chicken & if a wanted chicken I would have to wait, I responded I don’t want chicken. I wanted steak. My servers customer service was good, she was polite. they had no protein ready, only Barbacoa. Everything else was empty. I don’t like barbacoa so I opted for just a veggie burrito. The grilled veggies were also empty… very unorganized establishment.
I love Chipotle, however I have been to this location twice and both times has been wrong and I still have not gotten any compensation for it. Reached out to Chipotle about this and I have not gotten any response back. I don't like to sugarcoat things, so this might be a bit harsh. I will still go to Chipotle, but I don't think I will go to this location ever again.- 03/17/22 -I ordered a bowl with the red sauce on the side through the app. I went to pick it up and didn't open it til I got home. When I got home and opened the bag, I received the wrong order (the bag had my name, but different person's entree". Not only that, but the sauce cup opened, and made a mess in the bag. I drove back to get my ordered, and it was remade.I also work at a restaurant, so I was very understanding of this first incident. I decided to give this location a second chance.- 04/14/22 -Ordered 2 burrito bowls both with EXTRA steak and rice through the app again. First bowl, everything was correct, had the extra rice and steak I asked for. Second bowl, looked pretty disappointing. It did not have the extra steak and rice I had asked for. It even looked less. Was not worth the $14 i paid for. Maybe they could've ran out but I would've been fine with waiting if they were going to make more. I ordered through an app.I understand people make mistakes, but we make mistakes so we can learn and improve. My second time going there was a disaster. I felt like I wasted my money on my second burrito bowl that I paid extra to get extra steak and rice. Only to get little to no steak and rice.I reached out to customer service, and hope they reach back to me this time.
Portions are ridiculous small compared to other nearby locations. Seriously I should've listened to the previous newer reviews and avoided this location. Never again. My burrito is smaller than my hand.
Ordered a quesadilla and I got no cheese in the tortilla, this place is the worst, aside from there terrible customer service, the food was cold, the place was dirty, & the order was wrong. I advise to you stay away. I also found roaches and flies in the restaurant.. ?
The food is great. However the service was lacking. We got there before our order so I decided to be polite and wait till our scheduled pick up time. However no body check in with the standing person by the counter to ask if I was there to pick up. Once our pick up time came up I finally had to spoke up because the place was getting busy. Turns out my order was not ready. The girl that helped was a pleasure, but when we got home we were missing a burrito. #mequedeconambre
Not happy you know its bad when you are telling a new hire to lie to the customer that after 9 o'clock they won't make certain items and to lie and tell the customer that they don't have anymore. Ridiculous but thats laziness at its finest they don't want to clean it. All good make your way to the Nordoff location.
I went to this location and the manager ( as she said she is ) making my bowls! I told her she is not putting enough of anything on my bowl as i have worked in Chipotle myself and know how much should be in a bowl!!! She said if you want more you have to ask for more !!! You can’t tell me i am not doing my job right !! Then she said if you don’t want your food you don’t have to get it !!! I wanted to complete my order and she completely ignored me !!! I said what about my order ? She again ignored me !!! I asked to talk to her manager and she said I AM THE MANAGER !! I asked for her name ( no one has name tag on this store ) she said she doesn’t have to give me her name !!! She said she will not let me buy my food and made me leave the store !!! So disappointed at chipotle!!!!
Great location. Very clean, fast service. Burrito was delicious. Props to the new guy trying to wrap my huge burrito, it was excellent! ??
I don’t typically waste time writing reviews on chain restaurants. But this chipotle is consistently understaffed, slow, food is always worse than other chipotles down the street. Save your money. Go to the one in porter ranch or the one near northridge.
