Ordered through GrubHub… quality and expectations should be the same as eating in the restaurant, right? Honestly the meals were highly disappointing… we were missing the basic sides to the meal that the entree was supposed to come with (fries and coleslaw for example), we paid extra for salads that we got at least. For the price you are paying for the meals I expected much better and more of the items, cooked with more care. This was the first and last time I’ll be ordering from here, which makes me not even want to give it a chance in person. I’m sure if we were in the restaurant it would have been much better, amount of food would have been more, the quality would have been better but lack of care with a $70 delivery order is sad.
This experience was horrible. I came here with my boyfriend for a date night, very understaffed. I understand being understaffed but to not attend us for 15 minutes plus is horrible. They wouldn’t let us switch booths after we sat here for 20 minutes with no one asking us anything. Not to mention they didn’t even give us a menu. I asked the guy “how are we supposed to chose what we want to eat” he gives sass and says “you can look on our website, these digital menus or I can give you a manual one” first of all, the digital menu wouldn’t turn on. Anyways I’ve had enough, they will not receive a tip from me, nor will I be coming back here every again.
Besides the fact that they are completely understaffed, I came with the family of 4. Wait time was approximately 45 minutes on a Saturday evening.They have a variety of different things on the menu which can make any guest happy. We did the 2 for $25 special which includes an appetizer. Some of the choices include onion rings, spinach dip, or two Caesar salads. Each person also can pick their own entree. I went with the steak and it was cooked perfectly.Our waitress was kind and attentive. The bar area guests appeared like they were having a good time. They have tvs along the rooms in case you want to watch certain games. Overall, a nice experience.

Sure it was a Saturday night...but I counted 8 servers and 2 greeters..but we still had to wait half an hour to be seated and another 20 minutes before we were waited on...ok so the servers had to bus their own tables...our server checked on us at tge beginning of the meal and at tge end..the food it self was good came out hot and fresh..the only reason I gave this visit 3 stars

Good food, fair prices, service so slow that snails are faster. When we arrived, even though half the tables were empty, it still took 15 minutes just to get seated. Had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to place our order and get served.
It's Applebee's, don't get your hopes up. The menu is bar food mostly. Lots of fried and breaded food. A few salads and steaks are on the healthier side, but if you are watching carbs or fat intake there are ple ty of places nearby that would provide a much better meal.The dri KS at the bar are pretty good. A little overpriced, but the friendliness of the bar staff makes the drinks worth it.
