My friend and I arrived to this place on a Saturday. There were only two servers working on this day. One of the servers told us the wait was going to be 15 minutes, however 35 minutes passed and there was still no sign of us being seated, or served. Later, I approached one of the waiters and she explained she needed to clean the tables before seating us, although there were plenty of empty seats! Then, We were asked to wait another 20 minutes! So be aware and expect to wait a long time to be seated, even if the place looks empty! Expect a lousy service and a long wait regardless. This place is way understaffed for the amount of customers they get in a daily basis.

Excellent Shabu Taste & Experience.PROS: The staff was kind and patient. The menu was to the point, with many selections and items. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. It was well organized, as it was brought out in pieces, with all the steps of Shabu. And top it off, the alcoholic beverages are great.CONS: As with any excellent and tasty Shabu establishment, be prepared to spend a pretty penny (save up), but that isn't to say it's not worth it. And, the parking can be a little busy given all the delicious restaurants nearby so just plan ahead and be patient.Will be coming back for another date night. Thank you for a lovely experience. ??

I was highly disappointed during my first visit to this place. I was there on 5/23/22, at about 730pm. Under the Quick Menu options, I ordered the Vegetarian while my nephew ordered the All You Can Eat. I was told that everyone in the group had to order the All You Can Eat option because it made "It easier for them." I informed her that I do not eat meat, she did not seem to care. The menu nor the restaurant lists any disclaimers about this silly policy. I have never been told that everyone in my group had to order the same thing. As a customer I should not be informed of what I should order because of what is "Easier for them!" Highly unprofessional, unethical and simply improper. Now I see why there was no wait! Lazy staff. Try BROTH next time! No childish policies!

Service was fast but these people just sit us right in front of them so they can get rid of us fast. Towards the end of the meal before we even walk out the door here's the waiter saying "what a waste " of the veggies that we didn't eat ? Excuse me?? I think last time I checked we paid for our food and tip 20% for your mediocre service ! Unlike your BF who's freeloading while you close out your register. Never coming here again ! Horrible
