Lady at the counter was rude and yelled at my son for getting a spoon there wasn't a sign at the counter and they are left out in the open so he honestly believed you grab a cup and a spoon they need to keep them behind the counter and she could have explaineto raise her voice and embarrass him d that you grab a cup and she will hand you a spoon but she took it upon
Sadly this place it’s not what it used to be, I have been going there from the time they first opened years ago and almost a daily customer, but unfortunately their customer service has gone south and they truly don’t care… So today I tried again 2/21/22 and was denied the employees mall discount which I had enjoyed for years since they opened and was not offered the rewards as posted on a sign by the door which I happened to notice as I was walking out…. I will NO longer be a loyal customer nor will I recommend this unfriendly and unprofessional place of business

On my second visit to this place the cashier looked dirty and misaligned and even worse she cleaned the place wheee the toppings are with the dirtiest towel, please!!!
Went to Yogurtland with kids. They don't have vanilla ice cream flavor that time which my daughter prefer and she end up getting something. It's not a good timing maybe as they still have few machines that it's not operational. Maybe next time ???
