Today around 6:30ish I came to purchase pretzel but had card troubles when it came to payment so I had to make a quick call however once it was resolved quickly the cashier refused us and said we had to go to the back of line, however the person behind us was allowing us to go in front of him. It was very rude of the cashier to do this, it’s understandable you do not want to work on Father’s Day if you even have one but do not put that on to other people who just want to make their own family happy with a small purchase of a pretzel?
Good place for a snack just remember they only take credit cards NO CASH

I feel bad for the owner to have such slow employees, we’ve been in line for 30 mins and this it not moving. They only have one cashier when there’s 2 register, and the lady with blonde hair is just talking to the other bigger looking lady or man not sure but point is service is bad. The owner needs to find better employees for his business. It take about 10 mins to ring up one person. I was a previous employee at wetzels in Culver City and let me tell you our priority is our customer and fast service! Very disappointed! They are all just standing there.
Upset I bought a pepperoni pretzel and it tasted different when I left the mall to try it! Because u can’t eat in the mall because of COVID. And I told them it didn’t taste the same, they told me they had to buy cheese from the store and use it because they ran out! I didn’t bring the receipt for a refund and they couldn’t offer me a refund without it! So upset they should have put a sign about the difference in cheese or just not sell those pepperoni pretzels if they knew it was not the original cheese! That cheese was disgusting and made the whole pretzel hard! Very upset!
It’s so expensive and look at them!? Why they could sell it for customers? And employees need more training. Unbelievable!!!
