BIG PARTY NIGHTMARE!!!I made reservation for my mom's 83rd birthday for 25+ people 2 weeks in advance. I specifically reserved the long table in the middle which hold 30 people. It was confirmed 3 times. I preordered the food per their request and set to be served at 7:30. I told them 7:45 will be fine and added instructions to ask my guests to order their drinks.Nightmare#1: We had to wait outside with my mom freezing because our table was not ready. We waited 30 minutes.#2. They gave us the very back tables (2) back to back accomodating 15 people and 10 people with not enough chairs. We were squeezed like SARDINES..#3. NO ASSIGNED WAITER: They started serving all the pre ordered food putting the food anywhere they can think of. I have guests who does not eat meat and i ordered some fish but it was sent to the wrong table because nobody asked me where they should be put. NO COORDINATION. THEY JUST LET US SIT THEN START SERVING THE FOOD AND LEFT US#4. NOBODY ASKED WHAT KIND OF DRINK WE WANT. THEY JUST GAVE US PITCHERS OF WATER..#5. I ORDERED SIZZLING TOFU FOR MY VEGETARIAN GUEST AND IT ARRIVED 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE LEFT AFTER TALKING TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE.THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS SO BAD. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK FOR BIG PARTIES.TOO MUCH PEOPLE. FOCUS ON THE QUALITY NOT THE QUANTITY. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I come here a lot because I love their food. The place is nice but they're very busy every weekend so the service is very slow and the order takes longer to come. Also, I love that there are plenty of parking because this place is located at a shopping area. The waiter and waitresses are nice too. I brought a lot of people here and I will be coming back.
Since I cook and share my recipes on my Youtube channel, Bisdak Chef, I normally dont crave for Filipino food BUT this place, really impressed me. If you are a proponent of safety against this pandemic, this is a place to be. They check your vaccination cards upon coming in, thats a plus for me.The food might be a little pricey from other Filipino restaurants I have visited but they are delicious and worth it. Must try their Chicharong bulaklak and crispy pata, make sure to inform your server to make it extra crispy!One of their servers, Rose is a great host, she makes sure you are taken cared of.The area is huge and service speed is decent.I highly recommend this place if your craving for a Filipino cuisine!
Food was good. I have to say food servers should be warm and welcoming. I went there twice, I felt perhaps first time they were just in training and on my second visit, still not the traits of Philippine hospitality. The only warm person was a Latina woman who asked if we wanted more water and an old filipino man who noticed we were not attended to. Hard to also get a waiters attention to ask for something and to think this is such a big place, not yet packed and this is the experience -- what more with more patrons....I think it will not be a pleasant meal time. I'd rather go to other Pinoy restaurants.
Awesome band playing good oldies but hard to hear when ordering drinks from the bar, overall good vibe and atmosphere
The kitchen has no enough people to accommodate our order, the waiter mostly forget our order and need to follow up 4 times . Food is very good, services need more improvement.

Food tastes great but some misses along the way. One order was not delivered but was still itemized on the bill. Weirdly, rather than offer to remove the item (after the meal, with the bill now here), the question was whether we still want to have it served! The worst part was that there is a required 18% tip pre-printed on the bill!! The server said that they were the instructions of the owners. I gave instructions to have that removed. There’s only two in my group. I also asked to have the owner check the legality of this action. Too bad. This place would have been great had it not been for the cheap owners.
I've ordered the crispy plater, it comes with crispy Pata, crispy chicken, lechon kawali n crispy bulaklak. everything just OK.I can taste the oil they use. Not ordering again.
