There was no flavor in the food and customer service was horrible.
Got the fried shrimp and fries. The cashier mentioned the Cajun seasoning was spicy but I said that be fine. For $12 you get 6 shrimp and fries. The worst ever. The seasoning was sweet and it over powered the whole meal. Way way too much seasoning I had to remove the coating from the shrimp and tossed out the fries.
Got food poisoning from here the employees packed me bad rice and jacked me up.
The staff was polite and very friendly!
The food was good and the prices were reasonable. The food zone is always clean and the people were nice.
I ate here a couple weeks ago. I ordered the fried shrimp and French fries. Let’s just say the picture did not do justice for what I got when my food was done. The French fries are shoestring French fries. I can’t stand those. And not too mention the Cajun seasonings was horrible. I’ll think twice about eating here. On top of that. I was given any condiments or napkins. They need to give better portions and get rid of those shoestring French fries.
It’s my first time visiting this mall so I was stunned to see a Kickin’ Crab here. The mall was super packed and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the 1lb of shrimp (medium kickin style shrimp). The downside is that they don’t have all the full flavors; however, it’s understandable because this is an express pop up. The employees were efficient and nice. The area looks clean and well put. Keep up the great work!
The people half cook my food I found a hair in my fries the girl jazmine was very rude all I ask for was a napkin she had a attitude about it very horrible customer service never again will I return
