My girl and I thought to eat at this location and had a less then impressive experience. We were sat really fast, looked at the menu, ordered…. And everything we ordered they were out of or the server went to put in the order and came back and said they were out. Five minutes in to actually having an order placed the server goes on break. While on break an item we ordered was then said to be out…. When our server returned from break her ignored our table. The food we did get was not great and way too expensive for this dining experience! I understand the server can’t control the kitchen but to then be ignored me and not apologetic was not how it should’ve been handled. We were also never offered a refill on our drinks in the entire 1.5 hours we were there. We’re ask if we want a free cheese cake. After this experience at the Cerrito location we won’t be back. Worst dining experience we have ever had and we are generally over generous tippers.
Great food and lovely atmosphere! We recently came here for my mother's birthday, and the food was definitely worth the wait. Of course, with places like this the wait can get a bit long but the experience is worth every second. We're eager to be back to eat soon, keep up the great service! Our waiter was also very respectful and accommodating about my mother having a toddler with her, asking if she needed a high chair for the toddler. Definitely would recommend to anyone out there, cheesecake lovers or not!
It was really nice and a little crowded but the food was amazing. I could barely finish a snack plate.

I give it a 3 stars because customer service and communication lacked greatly. The wait time was acceptable 50min. Got my text message and my friend and I returned to the restaurant. Waited another hour to finally be seated. The young lady (waitress) was not friendly at ALL. As she took us to our seat, she asked how we were doing?..... REALLY?! We replied we could be doing better. To make a long story short, our server was not attentive, she went on break. The other young lady who took her place was OK & helpful. When our original server returned from break she, didn't check on us. She addressed all other customers, we had to flag her down or ask other servers for assistance. I normally tipper very well, in this case I tip according to the type of service I receive. Appetizers weren't good was told the recipe (s) have changed. So it's sad to say, I will not be returning back to this location. I'd rather drive farther out to receive better service. When we finally got our entrees, they were nice and hot. Our server acted as if she didn't know what was going on with our orders? Good was good and a lot. However, the service was not..... On to the next one

It's hard to go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory, whether you want to host a small party, eat with family, or spend time with friends.The restaurant is spacious with a lot of seating, clean, and well kept. We went to the restaurant during offpeak hours, but I noticed it getting packed as we were leaving so it might be a good idea to reserve spots ahead of time.The food itself was really good with generous portion sizes. I tried the french dip cheeseburger and my other two family members shared a shrimp bistro pasta. The cheeseburger was a little too salty for my tastes (especially when I dipped it in the sauce) but, other than that, it tasted amazing. I also had a small taste of the shrimp bistro pasta and absolutely loved it.We all also ordered cheesecake togo. I ordered the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple. I'm usually pretty iffy on cheesecake in general but this one had a great balance of flavors and didn't overpower me with sweetness.

I went there on a Wednesday afternoon and they seated us very quickly. The waiter was great and very attentive, she always made sure we had our drinks filled and kept checking on us. I ordered the Steak Diane and it was delicious, proportions were big as I had leftovers to take home as well. Overall this Cheesecake Factory location is worth going to from my experience.
Food was so delicious! Their bread is good too, so good that they had to keep baking more but well worth the wait. Our servers were attentive to our needs.It was our first time in the patio area and we loved it! They have heaters on the perimeter of the patio and in the ceiling. The temperature was just right I would definitely try the patio area again!Ladies restroom was decent, there was a lot of traffic there so I imagine the next cleaning time was going to be soon.
