We came on a Tuesday at noon for lunch and at first we were the only patrons. The waitress was very nice. The restaurant was clean. We ordered chicken strips w sub of onion rings, cheeseburger, and the Italian chicken slammer board w man b cheese sub, 1 lemonade and 1 soda. The bill was $55, that was my only problem. That is why I took off 1 star, too expensive for what we got. Luckily is all tasted good, but with tip spending $60 for lunch is too steep.
I usually go to the location at the Long Beach Town Center because it's closer to where I live. But tonight we stopped being the Cerritos Town Center on the way home from OC. I do like this location too. It has a very open feel as if the restaurant and the bar was one open area. Food is really good. Drinks are spectacular. Mozzarella sticks and burgers don't disappoint!
Used to frequent this location about 6-7years ago and it was always a favorite spot for endless appetizers and long happy hours. Went back for the first time in years and was extremely disappointed. Our food portions were ridiculously small. After being told his original order could not be made as requested (minus peppers) my husband opted for another menu item, his burger came looking like a slider, and my $20 appetizer sampler consisted of around 6 small fried mushrooms, 6 bone in hot wings that looked like old, dried frog legs and 4 shriveled potato skins!! Best part of our meal was my 2 Long Islands from the bar which come to your table in a drink shaker for you to pour at your will; I didn't come to have a drink, but to have a nice dinner. It was not crowded when we arrived around 9:30pm so I seriously didn't see why everything was so cruddy? Sad to say I'm over Fridays and don't mind if I never go back!
Went there tonight. Food average, service very good. If we didn't have a coupon to use, that would not have been our choice.
They were really slow at seating us but did asap .im assuming covid cuts in staff.the 8 oz. Steak was i believe not 8 but 6 oz .but the waitress was super awesome she was so attentive considering how busy they were.
food quality has diminished, I had the bucket of bones, wings were cold and dry
First time going to TGI. I wasn't very impressed. Food was overcooked, staff was great. Social distancing measures were great too.Just wish the food had been better. Won't be stepping into another TGIs for a while.
Love this place and the pooches do too! The ribs are off the hook and according to our pooches the sliders and broccoli ? are as well! Did I tell how awesome the staff are, well they're also quick ad efficient! We will be back!
Are waiter never came to check up on us once. We asked another waiter for 3 boxes and our bill. It took someone 10 minutes to take our payment. Then we complaint the manager stated our waiter was helping with a bigger party. This was horrible service. I will never come back.
Had never tried TGI fridays until tonight and I PROMISE I never will again. The chicken strips were so thin and small and dry like they were from YESTERDAY. The French fries somehow were cold like from the refrigerator. The ribs weren’t bad looking but again dry and lack of any taste. It was over 100 dollars for food we had to trash in fear we’d get sick. I left a bad review on DoorDash but this also needs to be here. Our dasher was here within 15 mins. And even if it was our dashers fault for the cold fries explain the chicken strips! It looked like chicken fries from Burger King! But just greasy tasting breading!
