The food was very tasty, I’ll give them that. It wasn’t until halfway through my beef curry plate that I realized there was a hair in my food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ate around it. Mistakes happen, I get that. A couple minutes later my boyfriend noticed something in his plate as well. It turned out to be a mosquito. We told the waitress and they reassured us the manager would come out soon. The manager never came, instead the waitress apologized and took his plate off bill. I told them about the hair in my food as well, but since they didn’t actually “see” the hair before I removed it, I had to pay for my meal. After seeing the mosquito I didn’t intend on finishing my food at all. A little upset I had to pay $30 for food I did not enjoy at all.
If I had an option to rate it half a star I would. The food was good but the workers never came to check to see if we needed anything else. We also heard the manager yelling at his employees in the back room. Once we got up to go pay the manager rung us up and he got mad with the amount we paid for tip, he insisted that they gave us great customer service although they never checked up on us other than give us our food. We gave them actual cash to give them more for the tip and the manager got mad and threw his pen at the counter and threw the recipe at us. I would not recommend anyone to go eat here!!!!! Unless they get a new manager. It was just shocking and unprofessional
Food is absolutely DELICIOUS! In other places the prices would be way higher for large quantities of food like this but the prices are unbelievable how low they are! Would recommend! 10 out of 10!
I would not even give this place a star maybe half and not even that. Worse experience ever. The owner is racist the moment we stepped in. Rushing us and demanding a tip arguing with me he had a attitude and some serious mental issues I do not recommend this place if you are trying to enjoy this place.
It was a rainy, Wednesday afternoon, I was under the weather, and was in the mood for soup. I came across this restaurant on Google Maps and decided to try it out. When the waitress seated me, she asked for my vaccination card and I showed her a picture of it on my phone, since I don’t carry a physical copy of it. So be prepared to have a picture/card with you, as it is required for dine-in. To drink, I ordered the Honey Chrysanthemum Tea and it was interestingly satisfying. To eat, I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken Noodle Soup and an order of the Shanghai Grilled Beef Buns. All I gotta say was that everything slapped. It was probably one of the best soups I ever had. The bowl of soup was huge and had to take it to go. The beef buns were also pretty delicious. Also, their menu is thick, filled with a variety of foods. Definitely coming back here to try out their other foods.
The tomato fish noodle is delicious. The Siao Long Bao could have been more petite with thinner wrapping. BTW, the restroom is clean.
I tried a bunch of dumplings here. They are fantastic!
NEEDS BETTER SERVICE.the food is great the restaurant is clean and spacious. Great quiet atmosphere for big parties. But they don’t know how to show hospitality to large parties. One hot pot of tea for 18 people. 2 crunchy noodle plates, we all had to keep asking each other to pass the stuff around because it was so many of us. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. All they need is better service when dining in.
Located in Landmark Square Cerritos this is a very clean Taiwanese Noodle House, where the service is fast and very friendly. We ordered four dishes, first a crispy green onion Pancake, then Steam Chive pork dumplings, followed by Garlic Sauce Eggplant and a Ginger Scallion plate. Everything was very tasty. To top it off I ordered a Coconut smoothie. Service fast and helpful. We will definitely be going back to have dinner. TIP: Be adventurous try something new, it’s all great. The pineapple fried rice had no taste. The xiaolongbao was uncooked. Not recommending.
