I swear their sushi is really good like better quality than most places imo. Their philadelphia roll is my favorite, so tasty. They always do it right and I had their shrimp lover's roll, amazing. I am never let down.
Updated July 2022- Still as great as when we first came. Sushi is very fresh and staff are always friendly. It's a bit of a distance but worth the trip every time. Original- Discovered this place while looking for a new sushi place. Family run, very fresh seafood and prices are very reasonable. Well worth it for this hole in the wall type place. Small location but very satisfying.
Every single time I come here the sushi is so fresh and delicious, it's like butter, never chewy or old tasting, which unfortunately ive had at other places. and the inside is really cute, small but really cozy and welcoming. Staff is friendly and the prices are really good. Highly recommend this place!
This Sushi place pretty good!!! The sashimi was pretty small but the price was affordable. We spend $30 on two roll, 4pc of salmon sashimi and hot tea. They also have amazing origami art.

I was speaking to an old colleague and discussing about places to eat in the Cerritos area. We both moved from LA and now live in the Bay Area. This place came up along with a few others. I used to live in Cerritos from 2011 - 2012 and stumbled upon this place. I was new to Sushi and did not earn much money at that time. I pretty much learned 'how to eat sushi' from here. I used seat at the bar and the Chef pretty much taught me the technique. Every time I worked overtime, I came here to eat (once every week or two). It was very cheap compared to other Sushi places, which I could not afford but the quality was still great. I still remember their rolls and they can beat any other fancy Sushi restaurants. It's funny how a conversation can bring up old memories. Please go eat and support this place.
Salmon bento box is perfect for Lunch. And it's fast service too.
