The owner is rude. He will rather make a paying customer wait when he is preparing bread for later. I work in F&b and customer is first. He clearly doesn't know anything about how to run a business.
Worst experience ever. I placed an online order to be ready at 6:30. I arrived at 6:27 and they hadn't even started on my order. My order was not ready until 6:45, and then they got my sandwich completely wrong.
Dont know how to give the reward on Subway reward card. I always use on other SUBWAY
The sandwich maker wore his mask below his nose and kept wiping it on his sleeve. He was working hard but mask and dripping nose thing was disturbing amd he seemed very annoyed by the person he was working with. Bad day perhaps.
spent nearly 20$ ordering 2 sandwiches via the app - that didn't accept the app coupon btw- went to pick it up and confirm my "special instructions" that is asked on the app when ordering - the worker said he didnt put the requested sauce because it doesn't go on that particular sandwich and when asked him to do it he said no sorry they're already wrapped! uh excuse me??? never again.
The girl today was rude she's always nice but whatever, please I hope she never brings that type of negativity to work ever...
Arrived at the establishment 20 minutes before clothing, and was rejected service and yelled at to get out. I understand 10 minutes before but 20 minutes? Unbelievable!
Could have been little quicker
I go to this Subway regularly and I am never disappointed. Friendly and fast service and when I ask extra veggies they really listen. I work nearby and each member has my order memorized! Highly recommend.
