Visit the Cerritos location at about 11:30 this morning. Lettuce were brown and I had to ask for fresh lettuce, employees were not very polite!!!happy,
I’ve been to Subway twice each time we order a bacon avocado turkey sandwich they have failed with avocado very poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody

Had a coupon. They said they take coupons and said it was good on the last day. When I gave them the coupon to scan. They said it expired. The coupon was good on the last day. They did not give me the discount. I had a bad experience with this Subway.
VERY delicious! The moment we got here, we were greeted with a very friendly staff member.Came here many times despite living a bit far, great vegetarian/vegan food and very fresh! chana masala sandwich also good, and recently had the french lentil bowl which had nice mix of dal, fresh side salad, chutneys, and pickle - all super yummy! I even brought my family and everyone was so pleased with the delicious, fresh, authentic, and sometimes fusion food.
I work next door at Ralph's and everytime I come in, I'm greeted with smiling eyes and waves! I love this crew so much and everyone is so nice and friendly! I recommend this subway to anyone looking for quick service and excellent customer service!
