I simply asked if the venti iced water I ordered was on the way after I received the rest of my items and the person that helped me told me to make sure I order it next time at the register.Which I did, and I repeated that back to her.She didn't listen to me, made me a tall water, repeated the same thing, and walked away. No eye contact, no actual listening skills involved.I understand that it gets busy, but a brief moment of actually hearing the guest would have deterred this review. I didn't need it right away. I was simply asking a question and was not heard.Needs work on customer service. Just listen to the guest and action appropriately before you say something that's incorrect.Anyway, the drinks have consistently been sub par and my wife who supervises another Starbucks has stated that they've made each of our drinks incorrectly. I was ready to just accept that level of service until today.I'm not coming back, that was the last time I'm giving my money to this location. I'd rather drive a little further to grab a drink.
Had to stop in to check on tumblers, ya know, just to see what new cups may be available. Found the cutest cup that represents our vacation to LA!

I often frequent Starbucks since I work remotely. So trust me when I say the employees of this Starbucks really go above and beyond to care for their customers and spread kindness. Thank you.

Came in to get some coffee. It seems like since the pandemic there is a little less attention to detail/listening to the customer. I’m writing this review balanced because the drink ☕️ that I order is semi-complicated so I can understand it can get messed up but what I can’t take is a barista who stands there & argues or stands there with an attitude after I tell them nicely it’s wrong. Both Sia (as in Hi!) & Essence did a fantastic job ‘not’ taking it personal. They took it with smiles & corrected it after hearing what was wrong & didn’t try to get smart with me like many other Starbucks I have been too. They didn’t give me any lip & that’s the way it should be when your paying $6-$12 for a drink. Sia & Essence are keepers & they have good vibes. ? Thank you very much to the 2 of you - you both deserve 10 stars ? These small things can make a persons day! ? ☀️
A semi rare circular Starbucks. There are a few in this area. Newish design and layout. Some outdoor seating and a mall fountain out front. No drive through.
A nice big Starbucks you sit around in if you have time.
