Wow, this is a terrific Starbucks! These days, sometimes it’s hard to find a hospitable location with adequate seating due to the pandemic, but his location is HUGE, and has loads of seating. Regular and communal tables, comfy padded wall tables and a great, airy ambience. A new favorite!
Every time I go here there's always an issue with my drink when I say easy on the ice they give me half a cup of coffee. Instead of redoing the drink with less ice she fished out the ice out of my cup and gave me half of an iced coffee. And this has happened several times

Twice in a row I was given a drink without coffee!! I get the same drink every single morning and I know just how it's supposed to taste and look. The first time I went back for a remake and was happy with the way a young blonde man assisted me. This second time I had to continue my route to work and ended up adding my own shots of caffeine.. If this store is running out of coffee, JUST SAY THAT. Don't leave shots out of peoples' drinks. I pay for extra caffeine. I'm disappointed.
I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks the staff is always so nice and attentive. This morning I went to get my coffee (drive-thru) and the girl outside (sorry didn’t catch her name) started off nice but suddenly she became rude and talked over me! I was trying to say my complete order but she kept interrupting me! My order is not complicated btw it’s just a hot tall coffee with creamer on the side, 4 pumps of vanilla, and cinnamon powder. After that she repeated and my order and just told me my total and walked away. I wanted something else but I guess not. I get it sometimes you just have one of those days but that doesn’t give you an excuse to give poor customer service. In the end of the day I’m not mad about my experience and I’ll still go to this Starbucks but I hope she works on her customer service skills.

Today January 11 2022, I went to this Starbucks to get a Water and A Venti Caramel Frappuccino and I was waiting and Waiting until The Worker Frankie Who works there was looking as me and said your order is right here I looked at the Name it Said Ed there was no Ed in Starbucks and I told him Hey this the wrong name and he is what was your name it is Nick he said ok and After that was over he Replaced the Name on the Drink and I got it and left Never Coming Back Again unless I order the Drink with the right name on it.
I bought a tea in the afternoon, left and came back for a refill a few hours later from the Same girl that helped me the first time ( will find out name and update later ) she was super rude and said I couldn't get a refill if I leave the store and come back? I don't get why these people have attitude with the customers and think they will continue to have repeat service? How do you guys think you will get paid if people stop coming to your store from poor service?
I think the employees of this store are still asleep in the morning. They forget to place customer orders. At 9 o'clock in the morning I waited for almost half an hour for a coffee. Terrible.
Brandon was super nice! Asked for a surprise drink and was super excited to make me one! Definitely deserves a raise for such excellent service!!
