One of the cheaper kbbq options around. I appreciate the wider selection of sides than some of the other places around. My only issue is that on nights, it seemed like they were being very pushy about getting you to leave. Especially since we were a small group and hadn’t been there even an hour when she brought the check.
Tables dirty . High chair greasy and sticky! If you have a family with small children the owner is very inconsiderate about babies. As a parent you know you have a diaper bag and need room. we were seated at a small end table right at the entrance there was absolutely no room for my little one and our things even down sizing knowing I'm going to restaurant and with multiple adults. I expect to be comfortable while eating and this was not the case. I asked if we could please move to a booth and he literally said no . He said he has to keep the booth available for groups and there were 3 booths open and NO one in line to wait to be seated. This was my first time at kbbq over a year due to a baby and covid and being uncomfortable while being out and I wanted to go to a good kbbq spot finally but if this is how they treat families I will never go back.
Really really really fast service. Too fast. If you want to relax and enjoy your KBBQ, not the spot for you. However, their food quality is great. Personal favorite is the thinly sliced brisket and marinated steak. It's a great spot to grab a quick bite. Try and get there before 6pm on weekdays and even earlier on weekends. Anything after that, you'll be waiting over 1 hour for a table.
The food is better than expected for an all you can eat for $18.99. The amount given is enough for 3 or 4 people to get a big chunk. The services is moderate for a small place. Just be nice! And they'll be back with your food/ refills fast.
Great food and great price. Hole in the wall restaurant. If you love to cook but don’t want to go to Gen this is much recommended. I’m definitely going back
Friends and I came for lunch, we were sitting down and it didn't start right the manager threw the plates on our table as if he was in a rush. Than he had another server who was occupied serve us as well but he had another plate with him and wasn't ready to help us. The manager got mad grabbed the other bowls he had and spilled it on our clothes and didn't even acknowledge it the other server said sorry for his mistakes. Which as a manager isn't okay the manager should be saying I'm sorry not anyone else. Which the other didn't even cause any of it at all he made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. In the end he gave us money and said don't come back as if he was trying to bribe us which isn't okay. Save your money and go to Red palace 2 deadass we didn’t know that they use to be associated before but now we know why they are not associated with them anymore! The worst customer service ever. And to the rude “manager” thank you for paying for our food lol we used your money to give it Back to the red palace 2 server who got a fat tip.
Came here for the 1st time and really enjoyed it. We left well fed. The price is what won me over too. $18.99/ person!( I have always wanted to try Korean BBQ with my kids but never felt it was worth the $27 - $35/ person prices at most other Korean BBQ restaurants, since they don’t really eat much anyways. And I wasn’t sure if they were going to like it. Glad they loved it.)We went around 3:30pm on a Sunday and waited about 10mins for a table.

Food is ok but service is horrible been here 3 times hoping it was just due to a bad day but no it’s very time. Never changed our grill, wrong orders, telling us and I quote “you pay now” brings bill when it’s not close to our 2 hours and we’re still eating so rude lady pacing back and fourth but when we ask for something she rolls her eyes. Takes forever to get service. I don’t eat pork and this woman tells me it’s beef! We tried it and like I said it was pork made me sick! o.O. Oh no this was our last time here. Save your time and money go elsewhere.
My first experience at a place like this. My family and I surprisingly got full fast than we thought. I truly wished there had been vegetarian options. I would have loved to grill some veggies instead of all of that meet, and only two choices had flavor. It was an experience I can cross off my food adventure list.
