The staff was very pleasant and courteous. From the young lady greeting me when I walked in to my waitress and others that helped out. Clean Restaurant. Tables and booth's were not to close together where I would feel claustrophobic. The restroom was very clean. When I sat it was immediate attention and she was very thorough and prompt with water, coffee, ice, food, etc. Anything I needed she was on top of it. I looked over the menu and it caught my eye....The Biscuits and Gravy!! I am from the east coast and southern East coast and this is a staple. You grew up learning how to make this from the time you could walk. Anyway I was excited. The food was prompt. The problem I had was it lacked flavor and was very runny and the biscuits were like pancakes. So a bit disappointed. The eggs were almost raw and lacked flavor. The fruit cup o received with the menu was just ok a bit over ripe - mushy. The pies and cookies and bread looked amazing would live to have tried them but I just couldn't. It might have been just my experience that day. I hope so. All I can say is just try it I guess. You're not sure what you will get possibly n awesome piece of pie.

First of all, I would like to start by saying the food was delicious, and our server Susan was a delight and very nice. However, the general manager here was awful! He made the whole experience horrible and is the reason why I am rating this 2 stars. (Food and service of our server I would give 5 stars because of Susan. But for this general manager, the one wearing the blue sweater when I went 6/12/22, I would give him 0 stars)He was rude and his whole demeanor to our situation was very condensing. My grandmother asked for a slice of pie and he came over to our table to say that we couldn't have it brought to our table because it wasn't taxable. And I'm wording his response nicely, his exact words when he came to our table was "I heard you had a question, you can't order this" and after "saying what he said he just walked away and left! His whole tone and how he said everything was very "I'm right, your wrong" and he didn't even let me say a single word or ask anything. He has horrible customer service skills, and deals with customers very rudely.Overall, it was a terrible experience

Top notch service with incredibly friendly folks and good food. Did I mention the portions are huge? It's always good to get value for money, and Polly's makes your dinner dollar mean something. We had the avocado toast (yum!), the triple breakfast (delish!), and the Saint Patrick Day special skillet (tender diced corned beef over potatoes and peppers). I can't remember the last time I had such a delightful lunch. The food is really good, but the baked goods are incredible! I bought a box of snickerdoodles for the kids; not only are they ridiculously delicious, but they're each the size of a small cereal bowl. If you want cookies, don't even bother with those mass-produced grocery store cookies with no personality. For the same price point, you can grab a fresh box of Polly's Pies cookies and not regret your life choices.10/10 would recommend.

We go here often to this Polly’s and really never had an issue until this past Friday 02/04/22I received my Birthday Reward and decided to goEat and get my reward with my Daughter and Daughter in law and Baby GranddaughterFirst we were rushed by the not too friendly waitress.. I did let her know before ordering that I would be using my birthday reward couponsShe said wait till we got the check. Mind you I showed and let her know of my couponsFirst they only had taken 2 of the free slices of Pies when it said one per each of your partyIt was 3 adults then she went back to have them fix it… then I noticed they took of the cheapest meal off for my Birthday reward which wasn’t my meal! Went to pay up to the register talked to theManager Ray who was very rude!! He was so careless and rude!! He said no i already fixed it and took out the other Slice of pie! I said yea but the meal that was taken off was not what I had!!He said all rude well that’s what you get taken off the cheapest one!! So I said what if I had gotten separate check and he was well then yeah I guess!! And he said he didn’t care to get a complaint instead of adjusting my order which paying wasn’t a problem we were just trying to make sure they took out the correct meal.. He should not be a manager!! I have been A General manager for so many years And this is not how you treat your customers!! I wasn’t asking for anything free just for him to make it right and he was very rude and did not make it right!! He didn’t Care!! I would give a Zero if there was an option for the Review ?

Affordable prices. I didn't give the 5 stars because we got our meals warm, not hot. It was still good, though.

My boyfriend and I just picked up 2 burgers and 2 fries and although the burgers were delicious these French fries are unacceptable for even the worst burger joint. They were as hard and crunchy as those shoestring potatoes they sell in bags on the potato chip aisle in the store. My dog wouldn't even eat them and she loves fries. We paid over $50 with tip and that's way too much when it's not even edible. This is honestly the first bad review I've ever written because I always take everything into consideration but these sticks are too hard to even eat.

We placed our order today at approx 12:30pm coffee was served, received refills. At 12:57 no food yet. Notice waitress looked out way & rushed to kitchen, we were then thinking she forgot to place our order.Food arrived 10-15 min later. No comment from waitress why the delay.I had asked for my eggs to be scrambled well. The eggs arrived burned, I tried to scrape off some of the burnt piece, but the eggs were way hard and no flavor. The French Toast arrived burnt as well & tasted burned, I didn’t finish the plate. We received the check & I told the waitress my plate was awful & that we waited 30 min for food. She replied “there’s a problem in the kitchen” my plate charge was removed from the bill, most upsetting is that the waitress never apologized, never checked on us during the wait & never smiled.

Food use to be great! I picked up food for me and my son. My eggs was over cooked and the turkey sausage was very dry. I ate here for 7 years and never experience anything like this. I end up cooking us breakfast at home just a waste of money.

The pies! The pies are amazing! Had my favorite which is pumpkin. Going to go back and try the peach. I’m sure it’s going to be scrumptious!!!

Staying with family in the Anaheim area, we had a pie from Polly's for dessert during one of our meals at home. They picked up the Banberry® (Ms. Polly's delicious banana cream filling, topped with fresh sweet strawberries and a ring of real whipped cream) which was $17.99. It didn't look that different from any other whole pies we've had from restaurants near our home, but this one was so good. It has large chunks of bananas in the banana cream filling rather than just mashed bananas custard which made all the difference. And the strawberry topping complimented the bananas so well. We will definitely ask for this pie when we visit again!
