The staff is friendly and quick! I come here often, and it's always delicious and fresh. I also Love that they give the option to write our orders. I wish other stores were like that too!

NOT SATISFIED . Ever since they came up with this way of covering their window or whatever it’s called they keep messing up the orders , there are 5 people who work there and can not even assemble the correct order , it is just ridiculous, I’ve been poke bar costumer for 3 years now and I will never go back , they messed up my order so bad , was charged for avacado but she didn’t even put any , asked for crab meat on the paper she didn’t put none and my order was supposed to be all salmon ,I could see tuna and salmon mixed together. what a mess !!!! Not satisfied at all. Bring the Old management back !!!!!
Fresh fish, quality ingredients and fair pricing. Poke bar is a solid choice for lunch or even dinner. A medium comes with 3 scoops of protein and fills me up, sometimes with a little leftover for later!
They're always training and the new hires don't know how to label , so I've been getting over charged. The training slows everything down, and everyone seems so clueless. The older Caucasian woman is the only one who knows what she's doing.
Long line.. 4 people working: 2 preparing the orders, 1 trying to close the containers of the orders and/or randomly bringing refills of items whether or not they were needed yet, and 1 working the register. It took about 45 minutes to get food and get out the door the minute I walked in. Mind you, we're still mid-pandemic AND the line wasn't even out the door yet when I arrived. Good food but not sure I'd return unless I have time to waste and am in the area. I was late to work returning from a lunch break that started well before the normal lunch rush window.
Food is good. Staff is constantly rude. Asked for a bit of extra sauce and Angel proceeded to put half the bottle all over my food. When will they hire decent staff??
Best poke bowl I've ever had. The staff changed their gloves after every customer and they were super friendly so shout out to them!
