I came into the place and wasn’t greeted well by the hostess after telling them I was here by myself they gave me no options Until I asked if I could sit at the bar and order. Once seated it took about 7 minutes for them to give me a menu. Selena was my server she only checked on me once during my meal and I asked for water which was never brought out. The food was good and a nice portion for lunch just wish the service was better
Yesterday's visit was so great! We sat by the bar and we had great service! The calamari was delicious and the honey shrimp was so tasty!
As always, the food was great in Los Cerritos Center PF Chang! Our server Mikayla was friendly and attentive. The staff is great, they all hustle and have awesome customer service. It seems to be a due to the leadership and guidance of the General Manager CeCe. She had a wonderful positive attitude and you can tell she cares about her team. Great job Cerritos Team! We will definitely be back!

Dined in tonight and we had wonderful service from our host to waitress. My son enjoyed his dinner celebration. :). Thank you for setting our table special with the gold flower place mats and golden chop sticks. That was a nice touch.

Dumplings are not good. Looks frozen and not that newly cooked or even steamed. Looks stiff on the outside to be honest.Chili garlic oil that has been served with the dumplings doesn't even have the chili on it. Just plain oil and garlic. Not appetizing.Waiter didn't even give us not even a minute to figure out what to order. Asked 2 times if we're ready within a minute of sitting on our chairs.Ordered Spicy Orange Chicken, sauce is dry and more of breading than chicken. Panda Express is much better.
The service was very mediocre. I don't understand why they won't make an effort to take any dirty plates from the tables. It's hard (for me) to enjoy a dessert when the table is not even somewhat cleared. My table wasn't the only one that looked like the picture I posted. Idk if it's a Covid-19 thing to not pick up plates but they could use gloves if anything. And...they were not busy at the time, so I will definitely not be going back. I spend $300 (with tip) for a not good experience and just ok food. I don't recommend this place. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the server handed me hot dessert plates without telling me they were hot, I almost dropped the stack of plates on the table. That's a big no no!!! They really have to do a better job training the servers!
