Busy location for pickup. The parking around the restaurant was full so we had to park a little far. The restrooms were clean. The food looked great, the flavor was basic. We had to wait a lot for a refill on bread sticks, drinks, and soup. We were a party of 6 so one bread stick per person. We asked 3 times for a refill on the bread sticks before we got them. She said they were being made and that is the delay. With the restaurant being so busy they should have sufficient and a member of our party worked at olive garden and stated that it's not true they are always ready to just grab and serve. So either this olive garden server was fibbing or the restaurant was not being managed well. One of our guests ordered the endless soup, salad, and bead sticks. He got his first bowl with everyone else's soup. When we got our food he was left waiting for his second serving of soup. We attempted to be polite and wait, but it was taking a while and we requested the soup again and that took a while still. Overall the place is good, but not one of the best.
If you happen to go this location please ask for Elliot to be your waiter his such a Blessing as a waiter. Always on top of his tables asking if everything is okay, if there's anything missing, how's your food, etc. You won't regret it. You'll experience a truly good Customer Service! Food is always good at Olive garden. Menu is a bit limited but still have a good variety. Prices are reasonable and not as high as expected. 3 of us ate for less then 50. Service is always good. Staff are friendly and are always quick to provide service.
Great Experience! Loved there menu so much. Every item we ordered was amazing and everything was so perfect. Exactly what I expected from them. I celebrated my birthday there and I'm so happy for that. Would visit again very soon! ?
The waiting time was not too long I really like that food like always very delicious:chicken & shrimp carbonara and soup …the staff very friendly I really like this Olive Garden thank you for your great servic everyone here ?❤️
Had a great experience, our Server Briza made an excellent dinning experience. I am a Restaurant Manager, she was so friendly, smiled the hole time even while wearing a mask her smile showed with her eye contact the hole time. She made definitely impression. When I told her she so friendly she stated back I want you all to have a great experience with us!! Now that was above and beyond... that's my kind of server I would want at my establishment... don't let this young lady get away...Thanks again Briza for a wonderful lunch..
Long wait, but good service once you get seated. They have a special were you buy an entree and take a plate home for $5. The salad and breadsticks were very good too.
Terrible service! Never asked for a water refill even. Server got the order wrong so I felt good leaving a $0 tip! Stay away from this place. They don't even offer a senior menu. Guess Olive Garden doesn't care about us poor senior citizens! Only 2 handicap parking spaces available in the parking lot. Olive Garden was good years ago, guess they have gotten too big now and do not care about their customers.
The food took its time, but it was worth it. The food is delicious and sadly we went in a crowded day so the service was a little delayed. The waitress wasn't the best, buy I've been here before, so last time was amazing an it had a great service, we just got a newbie so that the only negative thing about this time. Great place when it's not that crowded just like any other restaurant.
My Server was awesome. My food was already cold, chicken marsala sauce had actually dried up on my place I had to order more sauce that was hot, but when it touched my already cold chicken it messed my entire meal up. My noodle edges sold. Actually crispy/crunchy and not soft. My spouse had to ask for my sauce as well, but her food was popping hot.
