If a good customer service is an important part of your dining experience, DO NOT go to this restaurant. The lady who works here can get pretty aggressive with you... I put in an order expecting that this restaurant's tteokbeokki will be similar to Yup Dduk. I asked for level 2 spicy, but the lady who picked up my call kept trying to change my order to level 1. When I told her I'm certain with my decision she kept saying I can't complain later and that I'm not making the correct decision (hello...? I was down for a spicy food and if I didn't want it spicy I wouldn't even order...?). So I took my order home... and this level 2 tteokbeokki was not even spicy... it was too sweet for me I had to look for some leftover crushed peppers and spread it over the tteokbeokki and it still wasn't spicy enough... Lady.. if you're reading this review... don't tell your future customer what to do please... this is the most disappointing tteokbeokki I have ever tried in my life... but their fried seaweed roll was good...
Good food, service could be better. We waited for another 10 minutes even after I got the text that our table was ready. After we ordered our food, it took another good 15-20 minutes until it came out. It took a few tries each time we wanted to wave a server over. However, the food was good. I'm not a big fan of spicy stuff, but the food was delicious. Still spicy, but good! 3/5 stars.
Food was ok for the prices. We came in a really big group and the servers tried their best to accommodate us but this place ain't made for large groups lol. All in all it's a decent option for some late night eats!
Interesting korean restaurant. They have authentic and fushion dishes. Like the korean army stew and cajun garlic noodles. Bulgogi chap chae is kind of on the sweet did.
Separate pickup area so you don’t have to go inside. Very good service. Perfect place for Friday night (bar food) takeout!
This place is great. Can't wait to go back. I had the spicy chicken and cheese and it was out of this world. It's pretty pricy but you'll understand when you take that 1st bite. Staff are nice and hard working. They are always on the go.
I LOVE this place, I go here often. The food is delicious, the service is unbeatable and the ambiance is great. One of my favorite restaurants of all time. I will add pictures of the food next time I visit, for reference. ?
