We made an order at 8:45 PM they close at 9:00 PM. The lady manager called me at 9:00. I told her we were driving there and it would take me 5 minutes i was almost there. Got there 7 minutes after instead of 5 minutes and she would not give us our food. I guess she rather throw it away than to sell it. Bad service and rude! I wasted my gas and time driving there. Not going there again!
Was in the area and had a craving for Mediterranean food. Although staff was busy I received great customer service, was great by Rachel. She was super helpful! Definitely coming back again. Food is very tasty!
The food was fresh and well portioned. Nelly our server was helpful and kind. Will come again.
Is this a $20+ salad? That little bistro beef for $10, what a robbery. Also, the person taking the orders didn't have a good attitude. She looks like she was forced to be there or something. I'll never come back.
No pita bread for the second time and falafels were overcooked. They looked like hockey pucks. I will not be returning.

I have been coming here for years but stopped during the pandemic. I finally paid a visit today and was very disappointed at the quality of service and food. Food used to be served on real plates and now it’s served on take out style containers. I ordered a chicken and gyro meat plate and the meat was dry. The portions are smaller now too. On top of that, my friend found a hair embedded in her chicken kabob (I wished I would have taken a picture of her plate). Very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
This place IS SOOOO good !!!! I wish they had one where I live, especially if they did as great of a job as this Cerritos location! My first time trying Luna Grill was actually yesterday in Lakewood, but they didn't have any falafel made! So today I decided to drive to the next closest one, and let me tell you_it's AHmazing! Great customer service! Definitely check it out if you want some quick, affordable, delicious Mediterranean food! Thankyou Luna Grill, Cerritos!!!
Food is amazing but be careful when ordering for pickup-I just had a small order and they didn’t put the gyro meat on the loaded fries (which of course I had to pay extra for)
I went in thinking that this was going something geared more towards those on a healthier, often times less appetizing, taste. I was pleasantly surprised. This was REALLY GOOD FOOD. So much so, that I had leftovers, and I ate them them the following day, which were just as good the next day. Great food, service, great atmosphere inside the restaurant.
