First time leaving a review on anything but i came to this location a week ago and ordered a #2 and #7. The number 2 was not made correctly so the manager told me to come back and they will remake it for me which would have made things right. I come in today and told this middle eastern guy who was cutting the bread what happened and he started questioning me as if I were lying to him. He was telling me well if you were here they couldn't have made it wrong.. as if I'm staring at them the whole time they are making my sandwich... OK buddy.. The conversation I had with the manager was amazing but that employee needs a refresher on customer service... Never coming back to this location again.
It's Monday, May 9, 2022, and my wife and I just placed an order to go for our early dinner at this location. The young man that greeted us on the phone was extremely polite, professional, and detailed. You could tell he was genuinely interested in ensuring that every aspect of our order was correct and that he provided the highest level of customer service. At the store, there were 2 other ladies working with him that seemed just as eager to make great sandwiches.In today's age, this is unfortunately not necessarily a given anymore. My wife and I always love it when we see members of the next generation still demonstrating strong, positive, and productive, character traits!If you're in the mood for a fresh sandwich, I recommend stopping by this location. You may just be lucky enough to meet Jason. He is a tall, extremely polite, and hardworking, young man!
Phenomenal customer service! I came here and they made me the best sandwiches ! I’m pregnant and can’t eat boiled meat they wiped down the slicer and went out of there way for me ! I love this location and all employees are on point
Food good as usual, however customer service from the meat cutter was lacking. Very rude. Sad people are so brainwashed into thinking you have to have a mask on while seated trying to eat. No, sorry in NOT putting on a mask while eating. Sad, truly sad.
I love this Jersey Mike's! I come here frequently on my lunch breaks and have only ever received excellent service. Pro tip: make sure you use your phone number to earn points for free sandwiches!

I love their subs but this specific store on Artesia ruined it for me. Most of their employees are friendly but they have this girl that looks so grumpy every time. I used to go there every weekend until I requested my giant sub to be cut in 4 pieces and she looked at me rolled her eyes and told the other employee tell her I will do it only this time. I asked her what is the problem cutting it in 4 and she ignored and walked way leaving my sub on the counter unfinished. Not going back to that store

When I called the phoned sounded like a bad internet connection.fuzzy static.. It wasnt my phone. happens everytime I call them. This time, when I ordered pepperoncini, they charged me for extra cheese. I asked for ez mayo and got extra mayo. I repeated myself several times. I love their sandwiches but they need to step up their phone game. spend the extra $ on a real phone service.
The short rib Beef Sandwich and 3 Pieces Ben-Yay's were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I was in the middle of my tour but I can't wait to order when I'm off work and can completely enjoy their amazing food.
