Jonathan there is a great worker! Makes sandwiches with speed but also very neat! Not sure if he’s a manager or a crew but someone give this guy a raise!!!! appreciate you Jonathan!
They need to clean the meat blades. Every time I go, I have to ask for the manager so they can see how dirty the meat cutter is.

This was my 1st time I've been at Jersey Mike's subs. The man and a woman were delightful and very helpful. When I got home my wife and I ate the sandwich and it was great.

So we got there and ordered a number eight and a number 52. We weren't asked what type of bread we wanted. I told the guy I wanted avocado I wanted my bread toasted he toasted the top half of the bread because he wasn't listening My husband asked him to cut his sandwich and half it wasn't cut it was just a disaster. I'm diabetic I only get to eat so much at a certain time but when I eat I want my food the way I want my food not the way the none listening staff decided to do my food. I've never been unhappy at a Jersey Mike's before but this trip I regret. I will not go back.
The shredded lettuce was not fresh. The meat tasted stale; as a matter of fact, there was a sliced piece of meat just lying in the meat counter that looked like it had been tossed there and just left there for hours. The young lady asked me what did I want on my sandwich and among other things, I told her oil and vinegar. Well, she put far too much vinegar and oil on my sandwich. When I finally tore into my sandwich, the taste was overall horrible.
