Omg!!! We had the worst service that day since dining at this location ?. This particular server struggled to understand what we were ordering to what she actually submitted to the kitchen. Needless to say my daughter's order was completely wrong beginning with the absence of island red onions on her burger. Instead she received yellow ones on her burger. She also received a strawberry concoction rather than a long island iced tea from the bar. If we are seated in her area next time? We will asked to be seated some place else.
My parents recently ordered food there, I realized that we didn’t have to wait for the food, it’s like they gave the food to us right away! We loved the service there, and what’s crazy: LOTS OF FRIESSS!! ? they’re delicious though!

I have visited many different Islands locations, but Cerritos and Newport Beach provide the best customer service! This branch is conveniently located at Cerritos Towne Center, which has plenty of free parking. My mom and I ordered our usual favorites. I highly recommend the Islands nachos with chili and spicy chicken quesadilla. The food quality is always superb with hefty portions. Definitely worth the visit!

The Manager Alan was very kind and understanding. My burger wasn't well done but he made sure the next burger was made well done no pink. He made my burger well done and gave fresh hot fries. THANK YOU ALAN 4 YOUR GREAT POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Family of 4 and our bill was $69 (before tip!).We ordered your basic fair, burgers and fries. I had the Yaki tacos, worst tacos ever. The chicken was chopped up fried nuggets(?), the taco shells were hard (I had to nsend them back) the pineapple was the hard part from the center of the fruit. Barely any flavor. The fries are not good, the kids agreed. Very disappointed. Islands has changed for the worse. We will never eat at Islands again, very disappointed. Good service was the only positive part of the meal.
