Such an embarrassing experience! On June 16, 2022 around 5:30 pm my husband and stepson (12 yrs) went and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. After they paid, the girl behind the counter asked him if he wanted a receipt, he said no then she told them to wait in a certain area. My husband asked “IS THERE A NUMBER OR NAME that will be called”. I walked up the minute their smoothie was ready and that’s when the girl behind the counter started yelling loudly at my husband “why did you asked for my number?” as she handed him the drink. Then she looked at me and said “your husband was asking for my number!”. There was whole crowd looking at us! My stepson confirmed that my husband only asked if their was a number or name that would be called. The girl had long braided pigtails. It was a misunderstanding that could of been dealt with a different way. We did go back to try and clarify what was said but she only gave horrible attitude.
Service was very bad, and I was the only one in line. The worker didn’t pay attention to me and I had to repeat my order 4 times. They were talking with the other employees as if I wasn’t there. Very disappointed in the service.

Great place for fresh aguas
I was very eager to try the horchata,however I was disappointed. It tasted like it was just milk,water and sugar. On the other hand I also tried the banana and it was good.
The drinks are amazing! we get one everytime at the fashion fair mall in Fresno.

I always have some green crush whenever I come to this mall. Juice is always fresh and the staff are fun and nice. My go to is the guava juice (sometimes mixed with their watermelon). If you get the guava juice, just watch out for the seeds.
