I take my family to this restaurant quite a bit! This is the best place to dine. I go there regularly. The food is just great, the workers are friendly and the cost is decent. I enjoy being in this restaurant for a rich supper.
Absolutely delicious, the guy who was attending to me and my friends was incredible funny and talkative. I sadly couldn't get anything at the time but the samples he gave us definitely almost convinced me to buy everything, I will be coming back to get one. I can't remember his name but I'll be back to give him a shout out!!
Italian cream and icee, what more do you need? Well they have crepes too! Ok you must try it. They have tons of flavors and the Italian creme is very rich.Customer service is great too but it could also depend on who you get.非常好的意大利冰淇淋

My favorite is Joe's Italian ice. I've been to frostbites twice now. Two different locations.I wasn't too impressed first time around and nothing was memorable. However, on my second visit, I was helped by Andres. He was super helpful and he pushed us to get more samples to switch things up until we found something we liked.He was very patient and ask us our preference in flavors and even mixed 3-4 flavors together to give us flavors like, "push pop."I appreciated his time and thoroughly explaining things to us. He even got my pup a complimentary soft serve when he spotted her. It was good but he made the experience great. I wouldn't review it except I think he should be recognized for is service.Would I come back though? Debatable. I would need someone to put flavors together for me like that for me to.
First time at the place, Madil was super helpful in ordering our items and showing us the different flavors, really excellent customer service!
Really good custard and Italian ice! The lady working in the front showed me different flavor combos! I got passion fruit + strawberry & peanut butter + taro! Wonderful customer service & dessert. Reasonable prices as well!A good place to go on quick snacks, desserts & kid friendly!
12/16/2022 9:45PM:ZERO stars. Came in with a group of five and we only had 4 masks. Blue-haired female employee IMMEDIATELY asked if we had masks, compliant I go to the car to check if we have enough and we only have 4 total. Give the extra to my friend and upon entry I had this ABC7 article on my phone stating the mask mandate in California was lifted at 12:01AM today. Told her we don’t have an extra mask, can you please just serve me?!She stated that the mandate applies “everywhere else in California EXCEPT this store” and that the “owner didn’t lift the mandate” and she does not care at all.THIS STORE DOES NOT OBEY STATE LAW. Completely lost a sale and a customer, and more customers who hear about this incident. How do we expect to do business with people who don’t follow the rule of law. I hope you guys see the problem here! They WILL BE hearing from my lawyer.
