Don't get me wrong, the food was absolutely delicious. We went there @3pm so that way it wasn't to crazy for a party of 9. When it came time for desert it took a long time to bring out and I feel the waiter should have been more attentive and keeping us aware of what was going on. And for a $90 mandatory tip was insane.
Lobster tacos. A little messy when you're eating them but they were REALLY good!Frida combination......One Soft Taco, One Cripy Taco and one Enchilada with your choice of meat. Great variety.
Took 40 minutes for a drink from the bar and it was empty. Waitress forgot to put in order . Not attentive at all , for it being slow
Service was horrible and it was not super busy No refills, meat was salty, black beans were salty, asked for ketchup with 3 different servers even to management and to come back saying no ketchup bottles pretty much one was going around. Missing food It was just all bad that day
The ambience and cocktails were really good. However, the taste of the food wasn't quite something I loved. Maybe it was their method of cooking (might have been more authentic than the Mexican I usually tried).
When we arrived they seated us fairly quickly. Upon being seated, the server was quick to ask us if we want drinks and not even offering us water. I was a bit upset that he wasn’t even nice enough to offer water in a hot day outside. When I asked about happy hour prices he gave a bad face and stated it was only at the bar. When the whole party arrived he took out drink order and brought them out fairly quickly. I’m not sure if we will go back there, as the service was not up to par.
Food is very tasty. The price is perfect but there radio sound system is so loud you can't hear or have a conversation
We didn’t not actually get a chance to taste the food. We had a 12:15 reservation for outside, they sat us inside, then told us our server would be right with us. We sat at the table with nothing but our menus; no water, no chips & salsa, and not even a hello, I’ll be right with you, for 20 to 25 minutes. There was wait staff passing by, but we were completely ignored. The manager even walked by twice, and one time looked straight at us, but passed by with not a word. How are things going? Something, anything. At this point we got up, let a hostess know our table was available, we were leaving, and why. Not even a sorry. We will never step in a Frida again, and will dissuade any friends wanting to go as well. If I could give no stars that would be my actual rating, because frankly the whole experience was worse then poor!
The host was not very nice she seem like she was in a bad mood . The food is not all that itâs just overprice Mexican food. My dish where the enchiladas Suizaâs and they locked flavor and as much as I appreciate it them putting chicken on them it was way too much chicken and the chunks for so big they werenât even shred it correctly. The waitress was ok but not the best of nicest. The man cleaning the tables was the nicest of them all. I love the fact that thereâs music going on but it was so loud we couldnât hear each other in our table. Drinks were good. Donât think I care to go back.
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE ?
