The restaurant is very clean and the staff is so friendly. The Burgers are awesome. Remember, these are GOURMET burgers, not your average burger joint around the corner, therefore the price. But it is well worth it. The Burgers are so tasty and juicy that I wanted more despite me being full. I can recommend this wonderful place and I really hope more people will find it feeling the same way. This is great place to meet for after work, watching the games or any other sport or just having a fun get-together. I will be back, hungry for more.
My meal came out to $77 (including the tip). I ordered the Fresno Fig Burger, the spinach and artichoke dip, and three alcoholic beverages. Anna, the server, was very friendly. I asked her what her favorite burger was, and she recommended the Fresno Fig Burger. Later at dinner, I had the Bison Burger. It was okay. I highly recommend Eureka for gourmet burgers.
We have been regulars at the Huntington Beach location and have always been very happy there. We moved closer to the Cerritos area and been here 3-4 times and so disappointing ever time we go.The food is always excellent it‘s the service is ALWAYS less to be desired! Unfriendly non responsive, and the vibe is always cold here not welcoming like HB.Not sure what’s missing here but I have always felt a good solid 5 star at HB. Since this was my 4th time here I am writing my review because I didn’t not want to give less than 5 star but I have to based on the consistent poor service this Cerritos location keeps giving.I have not seeing the same servers coming here so there may be a high turnover.Even though I consider this the be a hamburger stop plan on a $55-$85 stop for 2.Wish I could say this place is a great stop but maybe just maybe you may have good service my guess is mediocre service at best.For now on we will pass up this location and drive to the HB location to get what we were used to, good food and good service!
Great place for a lunch and/or drink get together. The food has really good flavor and the drink options were even better. Definitely will visit with more friends and family.
Nice atmosphere - well lit and not noisy. Has an indoor seating area that is outside (open air with a roof) and normal indoor seating. I really enjoyed their steak salad - so delicious! They also had tasty fried Mac n cheese balls. I like how their beer list was organized by taste (light, hoppy, malty, etc.)
Once a regular dedicated customer. In the past 2 years I hosted parties and brought many guests. However, lately the service is SUBStandard to say the least. Food service is slower and slower, ill prepared or forgotten custom orders to burgers, repeatedly asking for Basic table items like utensils and water, entering the restaurant and dirty bar tops. Extra fees that were not explained or stated clearly on the menu. Bringing this to the attention of management I did not receive the proper customer care instead was told that they will talk to their staff instead of really finding a solution for errors with our experience at the restaurant.This past weekend (our last weekend there ) we ordered drinks during happy hour and we invited guests for a birthday celebration. When our guest attempted to order another drink after waving down a server several times, the server told our guest that they would need to drink more of their drink before they could order another happy hour drink (it was literally one beer)HOW ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING this had NEVER happened prior. When speaking with management again we were told that this was beverage control. WHAT??? I have been to some pretty high in restaurants and I’ve never had the “Beverage Police” walking around telling anyone that they needed to drink more of their drink before ordering another one. Not to mention the food that was late (appetizers taking more than 30 minutes) on a Thursday night when the restaurant was not even packed. We wished we had chosen another restaurant other than Eureka Cerritos BUT we will not be back and we’ll Discourage all of our friends and local business colleagues from ever spending their money at this restaurant again!
Really good burglars and frieds. Paris well with a whiskey flight. Super nice hostesses. Everyone maxed up.They don't take renovations, but there are not many purple her right meow, so all good.
The restaurant made a mistake and didn't include all the food in our delivery order, whatever not a big deal. I called to make sure that tomorrow would be able to pick up the rest of the order and the host Oliver confirms that all we need to do is swing by tell the manager we're here for the rest of our order and everything will be okay. He was apologetic for the restaurant missing our order. The next day Belinda the manager caused a lot of stress and wasted nerves over an $18 sandwich. Her disrespectful manner made it clear that the restaurant prioritizes money over customer satisfaction and relations. I will be avoiding Eureka! locations in the future and suggesting friends do the same.
Such a nice and quiet place after the lunch crowd during the week. Friendly staff and great food.
Tasty burgers and good Happy Hour deals. The truffle cheese fries...yum! Definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for a burger that's not from a drive-thru. Nice drink menu as well. My favorite section in the Whiskey selection. Must try.
