Taylor @ Register 2 was rude this morning and to represent chick-fil-A this morning @ 7:57AM was AWFUL. I ordered 2 ckn bowl & a chocolate shake. The shake was to was like milk so I asked if they could thicken the shake for me. She said ok and another co-worker walks up and they had a discussion of how the shake was watery and how the should make the shake for 3 min. SMH So I said it's ok Its ok just take the shake off and she said we are not talking about you and I said I never said that just refund me 4 my shake. This little girl had to much attitude for early morning. I hope That Chick-Fa-La Company can put Taylor in more Customer Service training because everyone is not born polite.
THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME A MISERABLE PORTION OF THE FOOD LIKE ITS FREE OR SOMETHING I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO PUT CHICKEN IN MY CHICKEN BOWL SERIOUSLY I LOVE CHIC FIL A BUT THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN WHO EVER OWNS THIS GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SNOTTY LAZY TEENS RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS
The service was excellent, the food was delicious but there were a few noisy and very loud guests close to me. That is not to the fault of the restaurant itself but they are clearly feeling at home where they are. Overall the meals can be a bit pricey but i would still reccomend and say that the food is worth the few extra bucks.
I ordered a salad to eat at work! No fork, and they also forgot my sunflower seeds! Young girls working drive in last week, ignore me and took order customer behind me! I was late for work! Customers need better service
I'm not the kind of person to complain but this is just so frustrating I come to this chicken joint that my family of five love so much at least once a week and I spend on avg.. $45-$50 everytime and they take my money and I ask the person at the window is that everything and they always say yes and everytime I get home and always always there is at least one order that's missing I'm sorry my family loves you but I'm starting to hate you

Food is always quality. But seriously the service at this location is the BEST! Shout out to Kimberly who helped put a smile on my face. Thanks for the extra sauce and stickers!
Most of the food was absolutely delicious... But I ordered my chicken sandwich with no pickles and got punished with a spice and pepper heavy piece of chicken that was spicier than the chicken on the spicy chicken club (which we also had in our order for comparison). It was inedible and we threw it out.So, as long as you don't have special requests this restaurant is fine.
