Me an family came here to celebrate my Grandson's Graduation! Oh my goodness it was the worst experience ever! First we only had 15 people in our party an they were quite empty from what we can see when we spoke to the Rudest hostess I've ever met! If you don't like what you're doing for a living then change your careers! Omg! Not to mention they had us waiting outside for 45min ! In the cold! Then it gets worse! The service is worse! They got all all orders all wrong! The waiters an Waitresses kept bringing out food we didn't order an kept charging it to our bill !!! Don't go here !! Bad experience ?
Terrible take out experience. I ordered my 10 wings at 6:10 was told it would ready by 6:40. I arrived exactly at that time. I asked one of there girls at the front desk. She said she would check on my order and went into the back and never came back out. After 15 pass i ask another worker for an update. She said she would go check. 10 mins passed and she came back out and asked for my name again to check. By this time it was about 7:15 and still no order. Did not receive order until 7:20. Never coming here again.
We went with friends and couldn’t do separate checks and took forever to bring food Chili queso dip is cold and mozzarella sticks were not cooked right
I ordered take out in advanced. I ordered at approx 5:00p for a 6:40p takeout. I got the the restaurant at 6:45p and had to wait about 10 mins before someone actually helped me. No one was at the takeout counter and many workers saw me and another person patiently waiting to get helped. Once I was finally helped I was giving my order and unfortunately items were missing. They tape up your order so I could not verify until I got home. As much as I have been a loyal customer to this establishment I think it’s finally time to take my business elsewhere.
I went last night and the service was horrible! The managers are not nice and the waiters are horrible except Carlos. I got there at 4:30 pm. We didn't get seated till 5:22 pmAfter being told it would be 10 minutes at 4:40.I also have been there when it was seat yourself and this time I was told I have to check in first after waiting 10 minutes at a table for a waitress.While waiting other customers walked and and seated themselves. We told the staff and he told them to sign in. We finally get seated on the side they said was closed isolated from everyone else. To get out food and drinks. Which was a joke too. I ordered a drink and they said they didn't have it. My friend went to the bar... tired of waiting. And got what I asked for. Then we ordered our food. Everyone got there food and I was the last one to get my food. Very disappointed ?
Good service. They got one flavor wrong but honestly we weren't about to be petty cuz the flavor they got wrong was still bomb! One star off because they were out of beer ?
The wings are good but their service sucks. We ordered takeout at the estimated time was an hour and thirty minutes. When we got there the main hostess directed us to the online pickup booth where no one was working. Then she continued to stand there at the main booth and do nothing since it was not busy. If she couldn't help us herself she could have at least made someone aware that there were people waiting for their order. Either way we were finally helped and guess what, the food was cold. I'm not sure how the 1 hour and 30 minute estimated time is determined but it was completely off since our food had just been sitting there for a while.
Restaurant was out if wings , fries, and the brisket sandwich i ordered took for ever along with the rest of our food. The food quality at this location was poor. Dirty restaurant, and restrooms. Worse BWW i have been .I wish i would've read the recent reviews before going.
Since when does bww stop serving food at 12 when they close at 1am ? This is the first time this has happened to us. we showed up at 11:30pm waited for the host to come seat us, just to be turned away? Do better BWW
I wish I could give zero stars. The people take our name down to wait and after waiting like an hour they call us to be seated and only until then they decide to tell us there is no fries and no wings. Dont come to this location.
